Every time I come I. Here to tab I wait for an employee no one is ever at the desk and this time you have one person showing someone around so I again wait cause she couldn’t take 2 minutes to start my tanning bed so I wait 10 more minutes to tan while it would of only taken 2 minutes to wait on me

I have been at this gym for over a year and I am changing my review to a 1 because of the way this business is treating me now that I would like to cancel. The entire advertisement was a month to month. I was told after a year I could downgrade my contract to a 10 a month contract and I thought this was month to month but they renewed me for a year. Now they are telling me I need to buy out a contract. I feel that this is predatory and bad business to do to somebody. Filed a BBB Complaint in the hopes of getting away from this business at this point. Thank you for cheating me out of my money.Edit: this business is not bbb accredited and they do not respond to complaints. This place truly treated me like trash and I had to pay 68 bucks just to get away from them after they charged the 50 dollar annual fee. They blatantly lied about my downgrade. Do not get a membership here. Go somewhere with actual classes and a transparent situation. Go somewhere with staff that don't treat you like garbage.

BE WARNED Man here we go with the kids everywhere sitting at machines i could be using but just chilling on their phones. I can appreciate planet fitness efforts every summer to (I assume) help with obesity in young people and giving them something to do to keep cool and out of trouble but just aggravating for those of us really trying to work out after work and get home.

I love the 30 min room hydrobeds and the angel light.

I absolutely recommend this planet fitness everyone that works here are awesome especially Felix Noah and Jason they make my workout experience a lot better and they keep it clean and tidy !

The incredible range of equipment provides any type of workout I'm looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The premises are clean, sanitized and safe. As a black card member I enjoy a variety of relaxation and body enhancement equipment. I leave limber and refreshed.

Really LOUD! I couldn’t hear my podcast due to the extremely loud overhead music.

Had a great time with my wife working out at planet fitness.

Inexperienced everywhere. Sending you through a lot of red tape and hoops. No help at all. Checking in is way easier at 24hour Fitness
