I've been going to the Irving PF since last August and decided to check this one out shorty after the gyms reopened during the pandemic. Man, I love this gym! It has everything I need, the staff is super nice and the gym is super super clean. I shower at the gym in the morning after my workout and the cleanliness of the men's locker room is why I made this my main PF location (the Irving PF locker room isn't up to par). You will not be disappointed if you come here. It's definitely on of the best PFs in the metroplex.

Very excellent customer service.. People that work there are sweet hearts.. However there are two guys that I have a issue with.. One of the young Spanish guys when I first tried to sign up, told me he couldn't help me so I had to end up signing up on my own. And there is a tall older white guy who never smiles and always seems like he hates his job. Other then those two.. Place is extraordinary!

Irving seemed to be packed full 24/7, this one has quieter times which is nice for when you want to take your time and not rush your workout. Everything is new, so everything is clean. I can tell they’ll keep it clean, other day saw them cleaning the gym floors with this big machine even though they just opened a few months ago. Staff is friendly and informative. They helped me save a few bucks by suggesting I sign up the following week when it was a new month. Glad to be a member of this gym

Great place! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. The gym is always clean. There is always someone walking around refilling the cleaning bottles, wiping down mirrors and such. Great variety of machines! Even in peak times, I am able to move through my workout pretty efficiently without having to wait for a certain machine.

As a long time gym-goer and member of Planet Fitness, this is far and away the best facility I have been to. The evening staff, Cris, Alejandro, and Muhammad really make the Euless facility an exceptional location. The gym is always clean and well-maintained during their shifts and they each do an amazing job in making club members feel welcomed and appreciated. I can't say enough good things about these guys and I sincerely hope that their great efforts are recognized.Keep up the good work! 5 stars!!!

Great gym not even a year old and the place is always clean!

I am pleased with the gym but feel like the Hurst location is still better. The facility smells “mildewy.” The machines are a little old school but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall it’s a good gym, just not “WOW.” The staff is hit or miss. I also hope the WiFi gets set up soon. It’s been weeks! 😬 …

I always review every place where I spend my hard earned money. I was extremely excited to see a Planet Fitness 10 minutes away from my home. I, along with every member of my family has signed up for a black card membership at the Euless location, this morning I took my 13 year old son to work out and was received by the rudest person I'm sure they have to offer at this site. The center was not busy, nor full. There was no one waiting or at the desk. The staff member at the counter acted as if we were bothering him, he did not speak, was rude, disrespectful, abrasive, and addressed us as if we had no right to be there, All of this was done in front of my child. It has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I hope that maybe this was just not a good day for him and I wish him many Blessed ones ahead. I will say that I spoke with a manager a little later that provided updated information and he was very interested and respectful. Awesome guy, everyone else has been great. The center looks great and it's in a good location, I feel like you're getting a lot for the cost. Please work on your customer service, my family joined so that we could work out together, we can easily un-join and take our friends with us to places that appreciate people's time without the attitude. 12 months is not a long time.

Manager and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The gym is kept consistently clean is surprisingly not overcrowded. Bathrooms and locker rooms are also kept in great condition. I am a very satisfied customer and member of Planet Fitness because of this location!

My mom and I were in town for an expo Friday Oct 4th... We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this location! We live in Houston but the one here has a much bigger and Glamorous Black Card Spa .... The gym smells nice everywhere!! The bathroom is luxurious and beautiful. We got the Best Customer Service EVER! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. If we lived closer we would definitely come here every day!! Thanks again for going above and beyond our expectations!!!
