Great gym! It’s clean and well organized. If you’re a bit of a germophobe don’t fret, they have cleaning stations throughout with paper towels and sanitizer so you can wipe down equipment before and after using it. Staff is awesome!!! This gym is all about making sure that everyone feels comfortable no matter where they are in their fitness journey. If you’re someone who has tried other gyms and felt like it just wasn’t a good fit then give this one a try! The amenities that come with the black card (tanning, hydro-massage bed, shiatsu massage chairs, and total body enhancement) are wonderful. The locker room is always clean and it’s spacious. I’m happy to have found a gym that I look forward to visiting every day. Try the 30 minute express workout if you’re short on time!!

Friendly,cordial, and very professional staff who truly cares for the business, security, health, and safety of their clients/patrons. Place is very clean with cleaning stations every 2 to 3 feet strategically placed. Very well ventilated with plenty of machines to choose from. Never crowded and their is a crowd meter one can refer to before heading there to see when it is so crowded. Many training workout videos and plenty of tv screens to watch when working out!! They also have in-house trainers!!! AND the cost is reasonably fair, there is true value for your money! Please join, thank me later!!

This was my first time at this location. I enjoyed it very much. Its very clean and super organized. The dudes at the front desk greeted me with a smile and were very welcoming. Masks are not required which is great but u can wear one if you're scared. I like how they promote safety for health by providing cleaning stations. There is a really cool 30 minute Express workout feature that has multiple workout stations for busy people. I took advantage of it and it was absolutely great at working all my parts. Showers are provided for free in the men's locker room and overall great experience definitely will help to get people out more and enjoying their workout times again. Let me know if you had the same experience.

Edit: got charged for a premium membership when I signed up for a basic membership and team was not ready to help me resolve the problem. Spoke to several members of the team and no one was able to help me out satisfactory. Very disappointed with the service. Would not recommend the gymGood prices. Great collection and open 24 hours. They also have free classes with your membership which is great. I enjoy working out here. I also enjoy the 30 min circuit they have. Gym is cleaned often and people wipe off their equipment after use

I've been coming here since this location opened. The staff and atmosphere are great. The cleaning is not so great. The women's bathroom is horrible. The floors have not been swept ot mopped in months. With Covid-19 still on the rise pleasw put more effort into detail cleaning.

I'm giving this place 5 stars due to it's staff member Christian. The guys is awesome. He makes you feel welcomed and takes great care of the members out there. He's got my vote for employee of the month every single time.

The incredible range of equipment provides any type of workout I'm looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The premises are clean, sanitized and safe. As a black card member I enjoy a variety of relaxation and body enhancement equipment. I leave limber and refreshed.

Beautiful gym, very clean and great equipment.I was very sad coming in from the airport, I stopped to get a quick workout and shower before a meeting... only to find there was no hot water.No signs to warn members of this 😢Things happen and I get it... but just let us know please! That way those of us who need to shower, can attend a different location.

I was pretty impressed by what PF had to offer. I always thought it was just a discount gym with no amenities but I was totally wrong.Only things I wish they had are:Better access to black card member amenities over night ( I usually come between 1am and 4am). I always have to wait for a staff member to come let me into a room or on a chair. Maybe have the Black Card Lounge door have a lock on it that unlocks with your member card and have the amenities be able to scan as well to activate. That could also be a way to track what members are doing and make sure the 24 he rule is followed for tanning.Steam room and or sauna. This is the only thing I miss from competing gyms.
