Staff is great, plenty of machines. No judgemet. Love Jason and Felix they are very friendly and keep me coming back, clean restrooms, very sanitary. Club is clean they work hard to keep it that way.Chance is the trainer very patient and helpful. Literally love this place and the M-F morning staff.

This gym has a really good vibe. The lighting is perfect and the music wasn’t overly loud. The areas are well defined and upbeat. The ladies locker room showers were large and changing rooms had mirrors and stools. Everything works as it should. Only suggestion is to order new stretch area floor mats. Other than that, great job!

Great place to workout. We really like the massage chairs and hydromassage. Looking forward to trying the ultimate body workout next.

Good place to work out, need more air freshers, sometimes there's a musty smell. Damage lockers will make you think twice about locking your stuff in the lockers.

When I enrolled on juanuary 2022 the staff member who was taking my personal information, didn't explain to me in that moment I was signing for a year contract. If you want to cancel have to pay a fee. And this month they changed to my account $27.05 when I asked why the answer was my account had problems to take the monthly pay. So they charged a fee. I don't understand my account is good and I did have enough to pay the $10.85.. I just a tricky.

Be careful before you enroll I have canceled my membership in August 2021.Just 2 days before I noticed they are charging me every month for the last 6 months and when I spoke to them they say our system says account is still active and when I said I came personally and canceled the membership they say we do have the record who was on duty and the said must have quit the job . I tried to argue saying your staff didn't canceled the membership it's not my mistake but Mr Fekix stuck to his line my system shows account is active can't help it.Be CAUTIOUS ！！！

came around 11pm, men’s bathroom was pretty disgusting, with 2 men on the clock.not so much at fault of the employees, but the patrons don’t seem to wipe down their equipment often here.grapevine hwy seems to do better at keeping things clean, employees and customers.

I enjoy working out at this location. I really enjoy my morning convos with Felix. He always has a smile on his face. Unless, I move I will co tinge to make this my home gym.

Best Planet Fitness in the area! Extremely friendly staff. Showers have doors, not curtains. Private changing rooms. Nice secluded parking.
