I've been going here for a few months now, can't beat the price anywhere, even the Black Card is half the price or less than most other places. Big facility, lots of workout machines and friendly staff, I really enjoy my work outs every time I go here. They have great availability but if I had one complaint it would be that Fridays and Saturdays they close early and I am not always on a regular schedule. Literally everything else is great, I really like being able to bring a friend anytime and use the massage chairs (that's usually my way of getting people to join me).

Clean, fantastic atmosphere, professional staff. Patrons great about cleaning equipment after use. I have the black card and the water tables and message chairs are wonderful. Subtracted one star: would like to see Fox News channel replaced. ESPN News or Spectrum News perhaps. Lower lighting in the main hall of spa. Allow Bluetooth connectivity to TVs. Still, highly recommended!

I have been a member previously. I rejoined on 1/12 and cancelled my membership on 2/28. I had developed COVID that week so was unable to get in there prior to drop off a written statement, as they require. They withdrew the annual fee of $49.99 on 3/01 from my checking account. I thought it would go out on either on 3/17 with my monthly subscription fee or on 4/01, since it hadn’t even been two months. I immediately called and the staff is telling me there is nothing they can do to credit my account. I have always been happy with their service up until now and am frustrated with the poor level of customer service. I will not be rejoining, nor will my family.

Love the Plannet Fitness's in Green Bay Wi the west side has a staff member, Ms. Robin, who is such a pleasant and helpful asset to your facility. On more then one occasion she has made me feel like I'm home by showing special attention to my many requests always with a smile.

Facilities and staff are great - always helpful, courteous and smiling. Equipment is kept clean. Location is great. Men's lockers are tidy. New massage chairs and hydro massage are awesome - with the black pf membership.Only suggestion: None of the PFs have a Landmine + Deadline station/machine. Please consider putting those in

I like the updated area for tanning and the hydro beds, it a lot more comfortable and private! I’m not sure why they moved.. the new building seems a lot more cramped and I guess I was expecting updated equipment.

I travel a lot because of my job and have been to many PF in different states. This one is always clean and nice, mostly I come at night time. The night administrator, don’t know his name (the black guy) is one of the most kind and helpful person I ever met. Always smiling and doing his job amazing. Always happy to have a workout here.

Wish they were 24 hours every day but I like the atmosphere and the amount of different work out and weight options.
