Been paying for a membership (black card) since the pandemic started. Haven’t been able to use it because the hours are not convenient. Because of the limited hours too many people are trying to cram in their workouts all at the same time.

Great gym, wish it had a pool, but the black amenities make it great. Reccomend getting the upgrade membership, free tanning and half off drinks is fantastic. There's more but I dont want to sound like an advertisement.

Like the gym and the amenities...but when are the hours going to get extended? It used to be 24 hours, and as other people have written its too crowded and the hours are constricting. The weekends are especially frustrating, only being open until 7. I don't want to freeze my account, but I would like to know where things stand on that ttimelin-with the hours being extended. Even 10pm 7 nights a week would be helpful.

On a positive note the facility is very clean and the staff very helpful. My concern is that the sign on the front door indicates face masks must be worn yet there’s at least 30% of the people not wearing them. Other facilities require adherence to the rule.

This place isn't for everybody, but I am not terribly picky. Give me a clean variety of weights and machines and I am set. Honestly, I love PF. This location is no exception. At least two of every weight machine and open circuit rooms for quick access. Bravo!

Signed up at the Green Bay location. Very happy with it so far. My only complaint is that the Sheboygan location is the first one I visited and their equipment is much nicer and newer than East side GB. Will try the west side, see if it's any better. Overall, 40 year old man with a dad bod and I was very comfortable and the staff was great!

It was a great clean club. I had no issues until my yearly charge was due and my card was charged twice. I contacted them and provided bank statements and was told for about 3 months that I would be refunded for the extra charge. I kept contacting them that I had not received my refund and at the end of the 3rd month, they told me they are no longer going to refund me. And to contact headquarters and provided me with the email. I emailed 2 weeks ago and have not got a response yet.

I get a good workout at Planet Fitness it is a good place to work out at I stay motivated and focused day thank you Planet Fitness for helping me to get right

Excellent place to work out. Plenty of well maintained equipment to use. The staff is very friendly and are diligent regarding cleanliness which is so important in the time we live in.

Today (Sunday, 05/17) was the first time since mid-March that this gym showed to be open. I just drove past it a few minutes ago, and it is still closed due to the covid-19 pandemic. I highly suggest that the hours be changed back to what they were, showing it as temporarily closed. I am not certain how this gym's normal operating hours were reinstated here, however, this schedule is not accurate. Planet Fitness on the east side is still closed.
