I had to wait at the front desk for at least 5 minutes for an employee to come assist me. I was trying to sign up, and watched many people walk in and scan or just walk in. Many people suggested to me its not worth waiting but I wanted to legitimately sign up.Employee was extremely unknowledgable, confused, and not able to explain pricing. It was a lot of confused stuttering and employee was able to give me very little information. All I was asking was general questions about contract and payment. Process was long and unsatisfactory. I plan to cancel after 1 month due to the operations unless things greatly improve.I took my receipt just to get the employees name, it says "Caitlin" but this was a darker skinned male in the 20s. 7/24/2020 5:15pm.

I love that Planet Fitness when I go to work out people all friendly willing to help you out the staff they are great they willing to help you out at all cause great employee I've been there for a year-and-a-half off and on great place

The building is nice. Don't get a membership unless you really intend to go. I got stuck paying for almost a year of the "black" membership and never went a single time after my friends backed out. Cancelling is a nightmare they force you to go into the building instead of just letting you cancel online or over the phone like the website says you can.

The east side location got new management a while ago and it has greatly improved since then. It is now much cleaner than before and the employees arent just standing around talking to each other. They offer classes but not the typical ones you would expect and I love the use of the massage chairs to help my old back after a workout. The only thing that I really miss is a track.

the staff is usually friendly, except one of the assistant managers. i forgot his name, but he is a big tall white guy thats bald. the locker room is kind of gross and dirty. the tanning beds work well though. they just really should learn to clean the locker rooms better though.

Seems these girls forget to set tan beds accordingly. I had this happen 3x Im in the bed. Or booth have to call counter. Then my time is shorten! 9 min to 6. 15 min to 10 min. Not happened on West side only East. Customer service skills needed!

The monthly membership is very reasonable and the annual fee isn't bad. New elliptical machines and treadmills, each with its own TV. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly. We usually have no trouble finding an open machine.

Very nice cardio machines! Very clean everywhere, especially the women's locker room. Easy parking . Sidewalk could be shoveled more frequently. Too many televisions everywhere since I don't really like tv be t many other guests do

I,ve been with this Planet Fitness for 4 years, I prefer the morning hours when it's a little less busy. Although they rotate through staff, they have always been friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and upgraded as needed. Recently all the cardio equipment has been upgraded. Its a lot more relaxed than some of the testosterone filled gyms I've belonged to in the past. A good place for a relaxed atmosphere workout at a very fair membership fee.

Easily my favorite planet fitness location that I have been to! Always very clean, equipment is more organized and newer than other locations, and very friendly staff that is always available. Especially after the renovations and updating of some equipment, very great gym! Nice atmosphere and great locker rooms
