The hours. I had to cancel because they closed at 7 pm on the weekends and don't open until later. I can appreciate that they're open 24 hours now (for a few days) but closing at 7pm on a weekend night? It's not competitive for the area. It used to be so busy at night! One of the ellipticals had a pistachio shell in the same spot for 4 days also.

Went to sign up on the East side. One representative was completely clueless! I had some online promo codes, but they wouldn't honor them. I then downloaded the App at home, and it wanted me to scan a barcode that I didn't have. Tanning beds are nice, but make sure you clean it first! Mine had residue on it. They never explained anything to me, so I'm going to try the West side, and see how it goes!

I think the Facilitis great but every where else is open all up why is Planet 24 hrs mon - fri but not on weekends. Really just makes no sense.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is top-of-the-line! I very much enjoy the Black Card amenities as well— it’s such a great deal!

My bad. I didnt realize they moved. Dont know why they moved and wish they had sent out a notice to its members, but glad they didnt go out of business. The new facility is decent.My original post:Signs are gone, doors locked, lights are off and parking lot is empty. Suprise! They closed down! No advance warning at all.

This is not rocket science, people... Wipe down machines after you use them, INCLUDING the stretching rack! How many times do I ask people to wipe down the rack, and I'm told, "it's complicated".
