Adam is very rude and has no customer service skills. He barely spoke to any of the members that were coming in. Not one person was greeted with a hello or a smile. When I tried to ask a question about a new membership he barely said anything and refused to answer. Barely a member and I want to cancel just so I don’t have to deal with him.

Worst customer service experience ever no one can help with anything they claim 25.00 dollars a month charged 75.00 In less then a month call to resolve this and no one know what to do staff is extremely rude and incredibly un trained. They just laugh and say they don't know what to do. Planet fitness should be ashamed by thus behavior.

Great atmosphere. Very clean and inviting gym. Lots of room for movement. Not as busy as expected in early morning which is always a plus.

Ger is the best worker! Came in for a little tour and she did amazing!!! The gym was also every clean and every 20 mins I always see the worker refilling the cleaning station! On

Adam(manager) over at the East Planet fitness is so rude and unfriendly. I watched how he treated many members. He has no customer service skills. Nor does he know how to smile. Like a cyborg communist that he is. I'm sure more people will come forward about this guy. I reported this planet fitness to the BBB as well. Also I plan on making other phone calls to see if we can get a better employee that treats people with respect and kindness. This is actually the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. I'm 41 years old.

After reading previous reviews and now having my own personal, terrible, experience with ADAM (the Manager), it is beyond reasoning as to why this man is still employed at PF! Today I had the most unpleasant experience with Adam while trying to understand why my bank account had been charged twice in the same month. I will say I was given the refund I was due, however, I left feeling angry and frustrated due to the way I was treated by Adam. He did his best to try to intimidate me, he threatened to NOT give me my refund when I questioned him, and lastly he blamed me for the additional charge by saying I signed up for an additional membership under my same name..?? What??. Absolutely ridiculous. Anyone with common sense can tell you this person should not be dealing with the public in any way. I enjoy everything else about PF! The building, the equipment and the other staff members are all great!! However, the negativity Adam brings to the place is not what I am looking for in a gym. For this reason, if I encounter him again in any way, I will unfortunately need cancel my membership.

I have tried other gyms and fitness classes but they just don't compare to Ellipse Fitness. The workouts vary every day, making each workout a challenge but fun at the same time. The staff is incredible.

Planet Fitness is a A.W.E.S.O.M.E. twenty-four hr gym. With a budget friendly pricing on the memberships that they have to offer. Like ve it! Not to pricey but definitely worth the money that u do pay monthly for member ship. Clean and friendly atmosphere..

The new woman manager with the brown shorts is awesome! She really works hard to make planet fitness the best! The machines work well, the people are friendly and there is nothing broken and everything is well stocked and working! I love this place!

The billing procedures for this company leave much to be desired because they do not want you to sign up with a credit or debit even though you are allowed to as their app will inform you there is is a problem in your billing information and the real reason when you go to the bank and call the credit company is because Planet Fitness is allegedly trying to get around the processing fees charged them by Mastercard or Visa which by asking their consumers to get them their Bank's routing # and account information which the gym can never use because if your bank is really secure this attempt to bypass the system aggravates safety & hacking software at your financial institution designed to protect you and then Planet Fitness makes it your problem. The National Office no longer exists so you end up leaving.
