The gym did not notify me they would be charging membership fees upon reopening at the capacity ordered by the governor. They also tacked on a $49 annual fee as well. This is disrespectful during Covid as I have valid health issues of which Covid puts me at risk. I spoke to the general manager and he refused to remove any charges while the Governor’s order is to go to these places only if necessary. This is bad business and I am reporting this to the State, better business bureau and corporate for resolution. Everyone is struggling and every other gym I know has offered accommodation and sent appropriate notification to members

Nice selection but seems like the maintenance team needs to do more. Always a few machines are out of order.

There is a post on another site stating that one of your customers had a car stolen and management refuses to turn over video that may have taped incident. Is this true?

Cut the hours from being open 24 hours, to closing at 8pm on the weekends. The service and management have clearly dropped the ball since we first joined. Not worth the money.

I have tried several days to reach a manager due to a issue with a late fee and still to no avail..I was very respectful and still no help after several attempts.but there is one guy who did his best to help me but overall they are slack when it comes to payments. And this is my first time rating any company by the way.

Well the Jamestown location is charging my boyfriend's card extra $50. We signed up at brassfield location. Can not get in touch with manager when callef at store. Left message for her to call back 2 days in row. Its been 5 days now. Terrible Customer service. I know its fraud. We already talked to the bank. Will be going somewhere else.

Their “month to month” subscription is actually signing you up for a year contract with a $100 cancellation fee that we were not told about when we signed up. Customer service was horrible and the gym never had proper machine cleaning supplies in stock.
