The staff is nice. Lighting is pretty good. The weights are not tore up like the weights on Wendover Ave in Greensboro. Friendly atmosphere!

They took away the pools and sauna and heat room which was a real bummer for someone like me with a bad back, using the pool was a lot easier for me and I suffer from naropothy pain in my feet, why did they take theses things away, it was the only gym like that, I stopped going after they took all that away and joined another gym

Been part of this gym for a lot of years, the reason I give 3 stars only is because house keeping is bad, bathrooms are really nasty, the ladies cleaning the gym only talk and flirt with men’s, I also miss the sauna wish they would bring it back over all good gym and a new good manager willing to help out.
