This is the worst place to do business with. I recently changed credit cards and moved out of town, but I still somehow got charged on my new card somehow with being notified by them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.Gym is fine, just how you get charged without notification is crazy.

I was disappointed this morning when the stand up calf machine knob was missing. You could not adjust the machines. The inner outer leg machine is loose and very hard to adjust. 2 of the 5 arc trainers either make a horrible noise or don't incline at all. These issues need to be addressed. It is a very nice gym, but needs some updates and maintenance care.

Nice facility however, I walked in today. They had some black woman at the front desk. Sitting on her ASS talking on her cell phone. She did not acknowledge me AT ALL. I pay to much money to be treated like that. Im canceling my membership and going back to Planet Fitness ASAP 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 …

Signed up for a 2 year membership because it was the only option for $0 down (which was still $50) then instead of a month later when I would assume my bill is due because no one told me... It was due at the end if the month just 2 weeks later they wanted another $40 so I said just give me my 30 day money back guarantee but they wouldn't do that until I paid my other $40! How does that make sense!? Half the equipment doesn't work. No one gave me a tour or offered me my 12 week transformation plan! This has been the worst 1st gym experience ever. And the NEXT day they started offering $0 with no contract! I should've waited 1 day! Please just give me my $ back. Ugh. Plus the guy at the front desk is always busy on his phone. I literally waited for him to pay attention to me when no one was in line!

This establishment has been my home gym for years dating back to "Rush 24/7". As an other the road trucker for must of my membership I was rarely able to visit but kept my membership. Since the switch the membership fee went up but the facility is pretty much the same. As a whole staff is ok, members are friendly... equipment is decent.

Gym has been out of paper towels for last two days no way to sanitize equipment, this is unacceptable and an indication of poor management.

Tried 5 times to call this place to get some information and no one picks up the phone. If that is the type of service they offer I will gladly take my bussiness somewhere else.

Ignore the nay sayers personally I love this gym lots of equipment and free weights, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub and membership is cheap as for personal trainer I had one but he went to a big city to make more money as for the price kinda high but I didn't mind because you can't put a price on health plus my six pack abs pay for themself. regardless there are a ton of free group class that meet through out the week. Cycling class, zumba, water arobics, kick boxing to much to name really. Bottom line this gym is a bargain for all it has to offer. Yes most the staff looks out of shape but that don't effect you. If you don't get in shape at randlman Golds you are talking too much and not pushing your self. There are plenty of fitness videos on YouTube and plenty of magazines. you have no excuse for not geting in shape. don't be afraid to ask more experienced lifters, at the gym for advice. I've been lifting six years and I still ask from time to time am 6'2 170 pounds at 8 percent body fat. you will get out of this gym what you put in. Ps skipping days is not going to get you into that swim suit, so put the ice cream down and join Golds gym on Randlman rd.

I have been a member for approximately four years now. The gym has at least 25 TV'S why are none on the liberal channel MSNBC? You have FOX on why no MSNBC? Mabe you could get more customers if you would stop discrimating against liberals.

Yea sure, if you've already made up your mind that you want to join and have the check written out for their ridiculous prices and want to be marketed to the whole time you're actually working out this is a fantastic place to be.I was thinking of joining because of their promotion for a free month. After spending 2 hours of them attempting to sell it to me before I've even gotten a day of the free trial we finally said, you know what, we're tired and need to go home.Next day we come in for the first work-out-day and they tell us our free trial isn't activated yet. After getting that sorted out we go to work out and the people here will actually INTERRUPT YOU WHILE YOUR WORKING OUT to tell you about their personal trainers and other charge-based services. After that first day (half-hour session) of working out me and my wife went home and decided to never go back. Ever since we've been getting phone calls like today, 7pm on a Saturday evening about how we should get on the boat and pay for their $800+ membership. We get calls like this every week, on both me and my wife's phones sometimes more than once per day.Stay away from this like the plague and join a small community gym.
