The worst gym I ever been to.These people are thieves. My account was frozen on December 2 and they kept charging my account. This is not the first time.

Giovanni was very irate and dismissive about problems at the gym he refused to help and hung up the phone instead of attempting to solve problems brought to his attention

Sad to see the lap pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room will no longer be opening. Other that that I love Gold's gym.

Suddenly started charging me for personal training again without any forewarning even though we are in the middle of covid. When I went in and explained that, no, I dont want to meet with a trainer during a pandemic they refused to refund me the several hundred dollars they withdrew. Crossing my fingers that they close down

You can cancel your membership. Golds will provide written documentation of when your final withdrawal will occur. Then, the month after that “final withdrawal” date....they continue to take your money. They steal.

They will not open the pool. If it wasn't for April who teaches the dance classes I'm thinking of leaving. I've been a member there when it was the Rush for about twenty years. They got rid of a lot of classes but without the pool I can join planet fitness and it would be cheaper
