When you go to the gym they are deceptive when it comes to their cancellation practices. Other gyms like planet fitness tell you up front what day you have to cancel by, gold’s says it in your contract. I signed a contract 6 years ago, why don’t you put it on the cancellation you sign instead of charging blindly. Planet fitness is 10.00 per month. You have a customer for 6 years and the last few months you have destroyed all my thoughts of ever coming back. And I was paying for 4 memberships a for years. Unbelievable!!!!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would.This gym continues to charge unauthorized charges to CC. There is no one helpful to talk to. There is no way to contact corporate. After taking it up with my bank I am still out $50. ..for a service that isn’t used or agreed too. I have emailed the owner over and over with no resolution. I guess in order to stay in business they have to charge that they have cc info for. The terms and agreement were never agreed to - in fact, when I tried to read them, it said I didn’t have an account. Yet I have had 2 charges from them. $49.?? And a random $20 charge.I will never go to a golds gym or recommend one ever again.At this particular location , if you have a problem, good luck bc the customer service the worst. But, if you like people talking down to you and just being rude, give them a call.

I’m being charged a $29 fee on top of my regular monthly membership fee and don’t know why and when you call no one answers the phone so I figured if I post it here I will be heard. Please explain what this fee is for. This doesn’t make sense. We should have received an email or a call letting us know why we being charged. Once my membership is up I will be canceling and letting others know to not join this gym... Now I see why people join planet fitness...

I enjoy going to this gym I live close to it but there is a lot of equipment that needs work and there's homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk makes the gym look trashy

Weights all over the place. Benches sway and are unstable, only 2 squat racks, there are two serviceable stiff bars the rest will roll in your wrist or back (for bench and squats) and there aren't enough adjustable benches if you do dumbbell exercises.

Golds gym has everything you need to meet your goals. Plus trainers to help you get there. From free weights to every type of machine available. Even a full size basketball court. Plus an inside heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. And much more. Even a day care that will watch the kids while you hit the gym. Thw only reason they dont deserve 5 stars, they arent 24 hours, and they xlose to early on the weekends.

Robbery on day passes, $15 to include a teenager for a day workout, not even a full day an hour and a half max.Now I see why people go to Planet Fitness. What is the perk of being a member if you can't bring a guest to show them the benefit of being a member of the gym. This is not the Gold's Gym of the past I knew of. Will be canceling my membership. Planet Fitness here I come.
