If I could give zero stars I would. This company is such a scam. They charge a late fee when the money is in the account the DAY that’s it’s due and they always have problems processing our payments and charge a late fee! We have tried for a month to get things squared away with our accounts and came in 4 different times to show them proof we had money in the account and they still take the late fee!!So, because of all this, we decided to quit and of course they charge $100 cancellation fee. That’s fine whatever but these people charged the money for the next month plus the cancellation fee and they STILL took a $20 late fee again!!!( even though I had the money in the account when it was due)! This right here is why we are leaving golds gym!!! You guys can’t get your payments processed correctly and end up screwing us in the end. So thanks for nothing. Don’t bother waisting your time with this company.

You know what my favorite thing about this gym is? The targeted ads that say "Join for $10" but dont mention that's on top of the $40 a month fee. Come on, dude

They have a lot of cardio equipment in poor shape. If you focus primarily on cardio dont go here. Other than that clean bathrooms and nice free weight area.

The only reason that I still coming to this gym it’s because I do not have any other gyms close to my house but this gym is very expensive & they don’t even has the machines in good condition,the kids care expensive,& for they close too early, there is no space for one to train since now they changed the schedule and everyone trying to train at the same time,They charge too much and do not give comfort to their customers
