If you're determined to reach your weight loss & fitness goals, this facility has everything you need. The women's room does need lots of care & several of the treadmills on the main floor need to be repaired. But overall, you can get things done here to improve your body.

I want to give a shout out to Louisa and her husband because they are doing a phenomenal job cleaning the Randleman rd. Location. It is a clean facility and has a sanitized fragrance that I appreciate. I actually see them putting in the effort and work. "Sadly, I have brought up to Batttleground front desk several times about the offensive odor that hits you every time you walk through the door. There have been no improvements." Randleman Rd. Will be my choice because you value my health, hygiene, and cleanliness. Thanks for caring about your customers Randleman leadership and staff. You are appreciated.

[Old Review]: Will be doing a second visit to clarify my opinion.This is not the place for people looking to try out a gym. Prices are not favorable and staff try to push more on you to keep you locked in.

I am very frustrated & very unhappy with they way this whole enrollment went down. I have been calling all day to have my money placed back onto my account immediately. I have yet been able to talk to anyone there who can assist and getting this matter handled. The only people that was some help with trying to reach out to a mgr was William & Amanda which i thank you. But i was informed i would not get billed until 05/17/19, and no contract now all i feel as though i am getting the run around and I am furious. and the only reason why i gave a 1 star is because that was the only way i can post my comment. I AM NOT HAPPY.

I hate that it’s not 24 hours anymore. Before I moved away in 2015, I had my best workouts after midnight at this or the Wendover location (depending on if I was getting off of work or not). Now, I ‘m forced to workout in crowded areas, and that’s only if I’m even able to, during the day. I want to cancel my membership, but Planet Fitness is wack and they’re the only 24 hour option. But not being able to workout as much as I want isn’t worth the $40/month. The facility and amenities are good though. The 2 stars are for convenience, well lack of it.

Very poor customer service I got a 3 day pass and they didn't give me a pass I worked out that one day and then they wouldn't let me in the next day

It used to be a great place...now I have to complain relentlessly for the to make any efforts....thought about leaving but I will encourage change first.
