Love this gym! I just recently joined. They have so much equipment, it's very clean. Classes and training are included in membership. Best part I can take my spouse everyday for free if I want. They are very affordable. $100 cheaper than the place I was going that wasn't even open 24 hours and it cost $15 to take a guest everytime.

The staff is super friendly and one takes time to get to know you . The staff encourages you to work out and shows you different machines that may help your workout even more ,definitely love going here would encourage everyone to go who looking to get in shape

. ..i was told last december that the girl would close out my account while i was out of tiwn on mission work .. I went out of the country and came back to find i had been getting charged this whole time.... I called and spoke with member services was told me no problem we can fix this for you... Now they said i have to come in to cancel... Completely crapped out of $ 230 ... Terrible experience now i have to get back to greensboro to go through this awkward situation to close my acc... I wish employees would have made it clear that you have to come in.... I wish the staff were on top of their policies... So i didnt lose out this money... It seems to be a recurring thing with staff not understanding their job and policies. Completely bummed..

I went by this location yesterday with my Wife and little brother so we could all work out. My Wife has the $20 membership in which you can bring a guest and I signed up for a $10 membership for myself so my little brother who of which I have guardianship over could work out. Before going up there I researched the policy on guests and as well called the gym. Upon arrival we were told my little brother needs to be atleast 16 to have a membership and be atleast 18 to come as a guest. I told them that's not what your policy says and as well when you sign up online. The young snotty representative upfront named Briana told me the incorrect info in which I validated was wrong once I left. Also, she asked me if I had documentation showing guardianship(which is already a uncomfortable situation for me) and she did so with an attitude. At that time I canceled my membership. She as well as the front desk personnel were very incompetent. I wish I could give negative stars for the way we were treated. Was just trying to improve my fitness levels with my family when upfront associates don't know their right from their left. Planet fitness's policy states "you must be 13-17 to have a membership or be a guest. Individuals 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Also, minimum age is 13!. I'm 28 years old and my wife is 29. My little brother is 14. Seems like simple math and something someone could easily decipher and remember. I'll be raising as many complaints as I can.

A big variety of equipment and televisions. Very very clean. Located in a well lit location and feels safe. I only hate that's it's not open 24Hours Every Day but other than that, it's flawless.

Awesome gym with an awesome staff. It's very clean. It gets crowded after people get off work, but what gym doesn't. I can go in between 2-4pm and never have to wait for the things I need.

I can exercise without worry about being put down. Exercise can be as fun as I make it. 30 minute work out room for people who are on time slots. Machines have instrumental pictures and wording on each machine. Great prices as well.

The environment is really clean and motivating! I get in workout and get out! Staff is incredible and best of all everyone is focused on themselves and goals( judgement free zone) is not only taken serious by staff but by members as well! Great facility!

I joined May 2016 and just like many people I have a way free money. I came a few times but back at it strong since April 27th 2017 and when I say this place is the best. The staff is friendly it's allllllllways cleannnnnnn. Hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of. I will be an outside sells rep for them because when you find good stuff you share it... Marquita was awesome keep up the work....
