Joined today got the Black membership and it is worth it. Very polite and professional manager and staff. Good equipment and a lot of it.Used the hydromassage and massage chair left feeling good.Was a Gold Gym member the club floors were dirty only tiny lockers. At Planet Fitness got a full length locker. The entire gym was very clean.Good group of members and is in a good neighborhood.Am updating this 2 weeks later. Was told today had to supply a credit card on top of autopay from checking. Talked with other members who only have 1 form of payment.Told by staff must have been members awhile. Think this should have been disclosed when joining. Will update after talking to manager who signed me up . Talk with manager told did not have to have credit card on file. Eric from Lombard IL

First, I like this gym because of location. It's on my route home, as well as in the Golden Gate shopping plaza, where my bank, grocery store and pharmacy is located. All of my personal needs are met in this area, as well as my exercising activity. Now, let's go inside of PF. I love the purple color, that caught my eye right away. The gym was big and ohhhh, so so very clean. Loved the way all the machines are spaced out. The bathroom and entire facility is so clean. The staff are so professional and friendly., and I love the diversity of clientele. My experience at PF has been great so far. Jan Wilson- Glass

I like pretty much everything about this gym. It cheaper than my last gym, they have friendly and professional staff, and great safety precautions. The app helps me workout correctly and safely. The app also shows me how busy the gym is so I can decide when I want to go. The app also always has the correct hours so I never have to call or wonder. The massage chairs are amazing. The locker rooms are spacious and clean. I also love the size of the lockers.

Awesome staff who makes everyone feel like family and makes sure to say hello when you enter and have a good day when you leave. That's personal service at its finest to me. Very nice and clean facility and all of the members wipe down the machines after every use. I'd highly recommend this particular location and that's why I have been a member for the past 5 years.

Amazing customer service at the front desk. I'm not typically a super social person but I genuinely enjoy talking to the staff here. You can tell they genuinely care. The manager and overnight front desk guy are super kind and extremely accommodating. Very nice clean facility, they are great!Updated:Customer service has taken a huge nosedive. Not all but the majority of the front desk staff just stare at you as you come in. If you ask for anything they act like you’re inconveniencing them. The select few who take the initiative to greet members and do their jobs you are greatly appreciated! I hope they turn it around and bring in some friendlier staff members. This used to be such a great gym.

Great front desk Service Personal Trainer not Concerned about Coustmer I have seen them on there Phone texing and conversation with other people's while Coustmer work out which could be dangerous if they continue to not supervise new Coustmer Get off the phone that is the key to good Coustmer Service

Their prices are a rip off. They have a lot of hidden fees & they make it difficult to terminate your membership. I would highly recommend finding another gym for membership.

Never have to wait for any cardio gear but good luck getting to use free weights. They have surprisingly few. Otherwise great environment and good ppl.

The staff at the front desk are the bomb! I don't know their names. The equipment is always up to par. Very clean & I always enjoy my workouts there.

Employees are friendly but they stand at the desk talking instead of keeping the gym clean, I've seen too many machines in here with oil, dirt, or sweat. This one isn't my home gym, I workout at least two hours when I come, noone is ever cleaning just at the desk talking. I thought it was a pf policy to keep their gym clean. Hence the two stars, like I said friendly but I'm used to my home pf gym being extremely clean. Thank you for the response as I stated this ISN'T my home pf gym, I just come to this one when I need to. Also, like I said I DON'T want to take away from the friendliness of the staff it's just everytime I come noone is cleaning and the machines are not very clean.
