Very clean and professional acting staff. Always welcoming you as you check in. Love the check in app, lets you know how many people may be at the gym. Being i hate crowded gyms.

I absolutely LOVE the Planet Fitness that I attend on Golden Gate in Greensboro, NC. They have excellent customer service and really know how to make you feel welcomed and wanting to return daily, and I will be doing just that!!

After a rough week, I decided it’s time to get my life back on track! I walked into planet fitness on Golden Gate and was immediately & warmly welcomed by a young lady named Shakira! She was the most professional and sweet person I’ve ever met in the customer service industry! She answered all of my questions, without any hesitation or attitude, did not rush me and stayed right there with me until I was finished with everything! If you’re headed to planet fitness on Golden Gate, I would highly recommend asking for her! Thank you so much Shakira for making my experience amazing! #giveheraraise 👏🏽

I was greeted when I came through the door. I was shown around the facility and made to understand how to use my phone to show me how to use the equipment. I went to another planet fitness and was no where as pleased as I am with the planet fitness at Golden Gate Dr. in Gboro, NC

Took a break from planet fitness and went to Anytime fitness. For the price, you just cant beat planet fitness. The grass was not greener. The cardio equipment is way better, newer and cleaner. The facility is kept spotless and the employees are friendly enough. Sign up was $5 and each month its $10. I mean, it doesn't fer any cheaper, but the quality is still very high. I enjoy coming to this gym a lot more! I'm glad to be back!

Love the club. Great staff. However, Hydromassage chairs need to be replaced or updated. Ive tried all 4 and they partially work unfortunately. Most of the time (on high pressure) they wont work. Disappointing when youve finished a workout and want a hood massage. Otherwise Im pleased with the club.

I've been a member for just over 2 years now. The closure due to the pandemic slowed me down a bit, but I'm back on track. The staff at Golden Gate, West Market & the new facility on Gate City are awesome, though my feelings are still hurt by "You're in pretty good shape....... For a man your age." Ouch. 😂😂 Seriously, couldn't be happier with my planet.

Never ever enrolling in a Planet Fitness again. They started charging me for the membership again like if there’s not a global pandemic and everything is just normal. Then, when I went there and told them I wanted to cancel the membership, they said i had to pay $40 in order to do so, unbelievable. The manager was really nice and polite, but corporate and their policies are just garbage.
