Been a member a year, have also belonged to another PF. There is a significantly smaller choice of machines than the High Point shop, but it is still adequate. The machines are kept in great shape, tanning and massage chairs, hydromassage equipment and other gear are top notch. For the money, you really can't beat it. 10 dollars gets you fitness, another 10 gets you tanning and the massage units, which I use for physical therapy. I would recommend.

I've always been too intimidated to go to a gym, but I'm so glad I decided to make the leap and start coming here. The staff is friendly/helpful and everything is kept very clean. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym, but now I always look forward to it!

Friendly staff, simple price structure, all of the equipment you need and it is ridiculously clean. At the beginning of the year and right after rush hour it's busy, but other than that I don't have a single complaint.Note: people who rate negatively complain about quitting. I've got experience quitting and rejoining, and as long as you listen to them while you sign up and remember that you have to come in to the same one you signed up at or transfer your membership to a new one and cancel there, you're golden.

There is a girl that works the desk that never fails to compliment me on something every time I come in! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! My only issue is coming from another PF that was open 24 hours 7 days a week to one that is not, I typically prefer to workout late when the gym is less crowed and with restricted hours that's not possible.

I love this gym! Everyone I have met here (staff and clients) has been wonderful to be around. They are always cleaning and making sure the equipment is as it should be. It is a really nice gym and you cannot beat the price.

I totally agree with Consuelo that the 30-minute circuit area needs to be more closely monitored. I actually got into a confrontation last night with a girl who continued to sit on a machine that was next in line for me, texting on her cell phone and refused to move when I said something to her, telling me that it "wasn't that serious" and that she would "move when she was ready," When I reported it to a staff member he said he would handle it but did nothing.

Just moved from High Point, and tried out this planet fitness for the first time. It's very nice, very clean and has great staff. Happy to call this my new home gym.

As a seasoned lifter and regular gym goer, I was hesitant to join planet fitness because of its reputation as being "softer" and not liking heavy lifters. But, since the first day, I have been welcomed by every staff member, the gym is always spotless, everyone is helpful, and honestly it's far whiter than my previous gym which helps me to focus. Everything from the front door to the locker room is always immaculate. And it's even inspired me to do a series on lifters at planet fitness for my fan base to prove that fitness can indeed happen anywhere. Keep up the great work!

Great facility, friendly staff. You can't ask more for the price. My only complaint is that some members are misusing the circuit rooms and "cutting in" during my workouts. It needs to be made more visible that these rooms are specifically for that purpose. They don't seem to read the signs on the wall and seem offended when I say something.

Enjoy facility and staff. Good price for black card membership, which allows me to use other facilities while I travel on business. I hope that if there is enough demand for extended hours Fri - Sunday, that it will be taken into consideration. Weekends are crazy for me and the hours of operation right now just don't work. Overall, very pleased though.
