Lots of nice people, it's an overall good environment. Its also one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been to and I workout a lot and go to multiple gyms.

Nice workout gym, clean, parking, u get wifi and some few perks. The membership is affordable and there are lot of machines to use. I like the fact that they encourage patrons to avoid gymtimidation. Staff is courteous

I'm a regular. Great staff. Open 24/7 except for weekends. Clean. Nice equipment. Only complaint would be there are no freestanding bench presses or barbells. But this location does have Smith machines with barbells, benches and plenty of dumbells.

Over packed & not enough room for workouts. If you’re a person who likes to use free weights to maybe do walking lunges, maybe ab workouts, butt workouts like fire hydrants or donkey kicks or squats you will be disappointed because the area they have designated is so small & crowded. Also hip abduction machine has been broke since I been A member (over a year). The hip abduction machine can’t be put on 1 b/c the metal between one & two is gone. We deffkentlg need more room and/or another facility closer by.

I gave this place 5 stars but quickly changed my mind when I learned that my payment was insufficient. Customer service asked if I coujld pay right then and I told her I couldn't because I didn't have my wallet but, payment should come out the next day. She stated that the pay ment was returned to them and I will need to pay them in store and I said:"Okay no problem but, does that mean I can't get my workout in tonight?...she said, "Yes, you can't work out tonight." I have been a member for over a year and during football season and the summer...this establishment gets paid for nothing due to football camps we attend during the summer. This happened to me once before at the West Market facility's and they let me work out and on the next day, I called in and paid. I use Planet Fitness for about 5 out of 12 months last yr if that. They got 240 bucks but, cant let me and my son workout one night? This is as bad as walking in Walmart into the black section to find that all black products are locked up in small plastic boxes! Rediculous! What if I go inside and ask for all the money that was paid out when we were not physically going?

Really enjoy the 360 room here, along with the hydromassage beds and massage chairs. Well maintained but does get very crowded at peak times. We like to go at 5am to avoid crowds.

Sexist management and members. Member leaves the squat rack. I go to use it. He watches me clean the machine, prepare to use it, then comes back to say it’s “his”. I argue briefly then go to desk management because SURELY this is PF and they don’t condone machine hogging. He says they don’t, walks with me to talk to member, sees it’s the squat rack... then suddenly decides “well you have to remove weights from this one, how about using this machine with the pins.” Are you serious?! So you’re telling me because I’m female, you think I should use the lesser machine because you don’t want to argue with a guyFohI’ve never had that issue with PF and won’t ever again. Membership cancelled!So much for a non bullying environment.Screw both of you

The employees are very friendly and very good management. The gym is always kept clean and it does not get as crowded as the other location in Greensboro. The manager worked with me on my bill during a financial hardship when I moved out of state and if I were to ever move back this would be the gym to go to.

I have been to PF in many different states and this one I would say is pretty nice. Very clean and super friendly staff. Only thing I can complain about is they do not have stand tanning. Which super sucks because a bunch of other locations do. Other than that it's a very nice gym to work out at.
