Friendly, explained that I needed to come in to cancel my membership. Unable to cancel by phone, needed signature and had to be at home location.

The Gym is large and very clean but there are too few benches and mats for people who like want to use the dumbbell and warmup areas.

Planet Fitness is a great place to work out, on your own schedule, for very low cost. Everything is always seems to be clean and the equipment is in good working condition. The franchise owners keep the area gyms that I have used up to date with regular remodels and additions during the almost 15 years I've been a member.

A quality gym experience for a very fair price, just be warned it can get crowded at peak hours if you're looking to hit the machines, especially the leg machines. You won't find very many options for free weight training, either, there's four smith machines and Dumbbells up to 60 lbs. But for me as a beginner to fitness, it covers 100% of my needs and the staff are very friendly.

Great gym! but they never have any mats available for use. It’s always like a few people are sharing 2-3 mats. I’ve had to do my ab workouts on the bare floor many times at this gym. Ijs please order more mats. Thank you.

I have enjoyed my visits to this location. Though I can admit I am not as consistent with my visits as PF is with the upkeep and general hospitality offered to its' members. It was very refreshing after the new year to come into a well kept facility with updated equipment. Thanks for all your excellence!

I’ve learned that the number of ceiling fans dictates the comfort level of any given location. Golden Gate has 4 fans while some others only have 2. I sweat more with only 2.
