The Desk attendant said hi to me first when I came in and I was pleasantly surprised about that because being an African American older man I seldom get that at any planet fitness in Guilford County.

Large facility with great cycle rooms but barely managed. At no time can u complete a cycle without ppl resting or lounging in the cycle rooms. The staff I spoke with had minimum knowledge of machine use and simply advised me to download and scan. It’s definitely a self service gym.

I was refused service because “Netta” said I was a payment behind, when I actually made the payment, this payment was due 7 days ago, but I did make the payment, and yet she still refused to let me in, so unprofessional, I felt discriminated in the so called “No judgment” gym I hope the owner can contact me to discuss this further!!!

My second visit for a tour of one of these facilities. Again, the associate was courteous and able to answer all my inquiries to my satisfaction. After this visit, I have now decided to go ahead and join.

I love the directed exercise at planet fitness because it makes me focus and it optimizes my time and energy, and I get something accomplished. I am already seeing results!
