The staff members are nice, the facility is always clean, and the hours of operation are great wish they would go back to 24hrs though

Just rejoined. Sadly, they do not enforce the mask policy. I am not a Karen or a Ken but I do expect to feel somewhat safe when I workout. The lack of responsibility on the part of Planet Fitness and the lack of personal responsibility and respect by many of the members is saddening.

The staff is very friendly and the overall facility is very clean. Thankful for the past years when I brought my special needs brother now in Heaven, the staff treated him/us second to none. Very thankful.

Did have 4 stars but going lately 2021,I noticed a few things. 1 the WiFi in here is terrible!!! It alway knocks me off which messes up my work out . I’m spend most of the time trying to fix my music because of it. They need to upgrade or get better service. #2 the speaker music in the 30min side room is way too loud. I don’t really care for what they be playing which is my I wear head phones and try to listen to my own music when the WiFi allows. Please turn it down in them side rooms. #3 a lot of times walking in to the gym it really smells bad. It’s a gym I get it up air fresheners and things like that wouldn’t hurt. # last thing is they don’t have a roll machine and most all others do. It would be nice if the had one. Other then that the place is clean and the workers are kind and welcoming.

Today was awful the young black pregnant woman working at the front was rude and cussed at me all because she breached my privacy by disclosing what my balance was out in the open which I felt violated num one...so I asked her why did she openly reveal my account she claimed I asked her to, but I didn't at ALL then I tell her that was out of order she says to me "we not doing this today" then I'm now on five as a member and customer and now I'm literally heated she yells at me an say you can't use this planet fitness. Number one she was the one who disrespected me and was talking about me to other employees an customers I may add...then she was like you better go now and she was rolling her neck with a completely nasty attitude.....now I'm upset and didn't get a chance to go in gym ..so now I'm violated, cussed at and treated very unfairly....I need a district manager and manager to contact me right away.
