I've only been a few times so far since joining last week but I'm very impressed! The club is always very clean and I don't feel intimidated at all when going. I wish there were more free weights, like a squat rack or a deadlift bar, but I'll exchange that for feeling more comfortable when I go to the club!

Not a bad gym but I stopped in to close my account and kept getting charged the following month. I called back and they said they had no proof of me closing my account and thus I lost the 1 month payment even though I didn't even visit one time in that entire timeframe. Someone there screwed up and apparently didn't close my acct correctly.

Sometimes we fail to notice when people go out of there way and excel at doing day to day duties such as cleaning and maintaining our gym, equipment and facility. I did not want the work of “Paris” at the Battleground location to go unnoticed as I see her greeting guests with a smile and then cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, etc. This young lady truly excels at her job plus more here at Battleground Planet Fitness.

Open 24 hours. Clean, well lit and safe. Lots of machines, never have to wait to use something. Just a basic gym and you can work on what you want, at your own pace or attend a class.

Friendly gym team. Love the clean equipment, calm atmosphere and music over sound system. One is always greeted upon entering. It is great to feel comfortable working out and not feeling judged. Everyone starts somewhere.

I’ve been a member of this gym since relocating to the Triad last June. The manager leads the staff by example & sets very high standards. The entire staff follows her lead with enthusiasm. They all are perpetually cleaning & are very attentive to the needs of their members. I highly recommend this club!!!

My wife and I love this Planet Fitness location. This is, by far, the very best Planet Fitness in this area. It's always very clean, never too busy, and the employees are all super nice and respectful! The showers are very clean; I take a shower every time I finish my workout and I’ve never seen the showers, toilets, or the locker room dirty at all. Also, there are always employees cleaning the equipment. You will also almost always see people clean the piece of equipment they just finished using.For anyone who might be afraid to go to the gym because they're afraid of being judged, made fun of, picked on, bullied, etc., this is not the case here at this Planet Fitness location, I've never had an issue with anyone! My wife and I are always excited to go to this gym to exercise because of how great it is and how great all the people are. You will not regret your decision to visit or join this Planet Fitness location! You'll be hard-pressed to find a better place to exercise!

Great gym. I'm part of the 4am-5am crowd, the staff is always present and friendly. It is always super clean, it never smells and the weights are always in their place. I've been going to this location since they opened and never felt uncomfortable. The fellow gym members are also friendly and respectful, zero lunk for sure.

Very clean and well maintained. I've never had to wait for a machine of which there are plenty. Members are careful to clean machines after use. The staff are helpful, friendly, and attentive. Overall welcome vibe versus other gyms I've been to consistent with their judgement-free philosophy. Bonus points for being close to my office.

The staff here are great and it's the cleanest gym I have ever been in! The only thing it is missing at this location is the LED body enhancer room for black card members.
