I visit PF Battleground nearly every day. The staff is unbelievably friendly, equipment is very well maintained, the locker rooms are immaculate. I honestly can not think of one thing I’d like to see the staff or this location do better! Just a fun, upbeat, clean, and great environment.

Great place to workout, love the open feel as you walk in, and clean environment too. I have got to bring guest with me which is a plus, that way they are able to try it out with no excuses / no money / but equal to positive reinforcement

Good location. Always clean. My interaction with staff is minimal, but good. My biggest challenge is the teen fitness program. Translation: summer camp. Until school resumes, be prepared for rude, foul mouthed teenagers that don't know gym etiquette, take lots of selfies, and make workouts miserable

I was very excited to stop by the gym for a tour. It’s a very nice place with tons of activities. I went home to sign up for my membership, but for some reason it requires a credit card & your banking info. Since my credit card is not attached to a bank account I decided not to sign up. One method of payment should be sufficient for adults. Thanks

I come to this planet fitness almost daily and I LOVE this location. I’ve gone to a few others but this one truly feels like home. The employees make it a point to get to know you and are so wonderful. I LOVE the team members at this location.This facility is always clean, the staff is knowledgeable and kind, and the environment is wonderful.Planet fitness itself changed my life! I started working out and never quit! Their environment is welcoming. It really is a judgement free zone just as they claim it to be.I love my planet fitness!

worst gym experience i have ever had. rude employees. felt very unwelcome#nojudgementhere? employee are rude and only apply the rules and requirements when they feel like it. i went to the gym everyday last week with my black card member friends as a guest and i was let in everyday no problem and they even took my picture. today i go in to workout and they tell me i’m not allowed in because i am 17 and need my mothers permissions, i let them know i have been coming here the past week and they let me in then another lady comes up and is so rude now I have two rude employees talking to me about how I’m not allowed in while still let me in the whole past week crazy right The employees were being very rude and cutting me off when I was trying to explain what was happening on top of that we got harassed by a Karen or using the massage chairs when we are black card members

I have been reluctant to join planet fitness for a while and used other fitness clubs in town but the planet fitness at Battleground Ave is so close to home and I decided to give it a try. I was surprised how clean and fully equipped it is. The staff are amazing and very professional with a welcoming smile on their face. Some of them like Katelyn and Jacob work so hard to make everyone comfortable when they are there. As I am working out on the treadmill, I can see Katelyn never stop working when she is there. When the reception desk is not busy, she is either vacuuming the floor, cleaning the mirrors or restocking the cleaning stations. These are the right people to have for a good business. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in having a good workout time.

This facility is super clean, and everything looks normal! The staff are extremely kind and friendly and willing to help. I feel like it’s really great value – much more affordable than other gyms!

I love working out at this location, it's always clean great staff and clientele. When I go in they all know I use the hydro bed first to loosen up my back. After I dropped off my bag in the locker room Mia had already had my bed locked out without me having to ask. That's great customer service, and one of the reasons I drive an extra 10 min to this location vs W Market. I'm thinking she deserves a raise lol. Love this location

Nice staff and facility. Staff almost always acknowledges your presence as you come and go. You feel welcomed no matter what you look like. I love the inclusion of all here; black, white, young, old, fit, not so fit, etc. Thank you! Equipment is also kept in great condition. Members seem well-trained to wipe off equipment after use! 😁 I absolutely appreciate that! I really like this Planet Fitness in particular! Kudos to the management and staff because I know times have been tough! Great job all of you!!
