I have had a hard time canceling membership with location during pandemic. I called them and explained in month of Dec that it is quarantine time and I can't step out / visit in person as i am living out of state. The guy on call told me to send an email and they will put in notes against my number for cancelation of membership. I sent an email and I got a response on email saying you need to mail in or visit in person. I called back again on that email and that guy told me not to worry as he had put in notes!! However I noticed in my credit card statement that I was still being charged until this month of May (more than $100 patios unnecessarily) When I called again yesterday Kaitlyn helped me to cancel the membership. But when manager called she made me furious. She compared the planet fitness membership with insurance company. Lol. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and for fault of that guy not putting in notes at all for first time, she was being defensive for no reason.I don't want to fight unnecessarily during these times. I would have loved if they refunded the amount but I am content with even cancelation of my account.

It’s alright

I came from out of state and my daughter and I did a day pass for a quick burn out. The two people in there were amazing very nice and accommodating. Very nice people. Great first time experience at the car wash.

It's a great decision, I am planning to upgrade and do a review on the membership from a "black card" holder's perspective. As a basic membership holder, I am treated very well. If I could change one thing, it would be the access to trainers for more than 2 days

As a loyal customer I asked for water one day with no card or wallet on me. The manager was extremely rude trying to force me to buy a water bottle. Since it’s COVID, you can’t drink from the water fountains. Very disappointed in how this manager treated the situation. I am switching to another gym with hopefully more friendly staff. I advice anyone to look elsewhere for a good gym, and not pick planet fitness due to its rude staff.

They have pretty much everything I like in a gym and the facility is very clean, the staff is friendly. I have been going for a few months now and can say from the first visit til now I have been very satisfied working out at the Battleground location. Keep it up :)

Nice exercise facility. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Gym equipment is very modern, in excellent condition. Many machines to choose from. Arranged with signs allowing for proper social distancing per Governor's mandate because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in working out!

Great facility. Very clean, with a good mix of equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Getting members to keep masks on correctly, and wipe down equipment seems to be a challenge, but I understand that’s difficult to constantly police.

Clean, convenient, efficient! Planet Fitness is a great place to get in, exercise, get out. The hydromassage and massage chairs are nice too. I certainly have spent $25 a month on things that were not as good for me as working out at Planet Fitness has been.

We were in from out of town and visited this franchise. Very nice!!!The place was spotless. Staff was vaccuming while we were there.The layout of the facility is very nice. It has a nice large foyer. Locker rooms were spacious and clean.Everyone was wearing a mask: patrons (and staff). While fully vaxxed --- to me it shows people care about others and short-term "rules" are not the end of the world.Tons of equipment. ALL in working order. This one had some very nice slant boards (for sit-ups)....nice!This facility also has the bottle filler at the water fountain. I know that seems commonplace --- but the facility to which I belong doesn't have one --- even after directly asking them to consider installing one. In this day and age --- ANY (measure of) precaution is appreciated.We really enjoyed our time here!This is a GREAT Planet Fitness.Keep up the great work!!
