Great atmosphere, well kept clean, sanitized properly great equipment and the black card additional membership is well worth it I would rank them six stars if they had another star super friendly staff I go to the Battleground location at Westridge

Place is terrible they have policies they don’t even follow unless they feel like it. Take your business to the other planet fitness where they actually take care of the customers. Don’t give this establishment your money they don’t deserve it. With how many memberships they have and how it was just passed down to new owners kinda funny they don’t know how to run a business.

Closing at 9 p.m is ridiculous. When I paid for my membership it was 24 hours. I could see 12...but covid is over. Some people work a night time schedule. You have plenty of staff. This is ridiculous

Makes a fat girl like me feel welcomed. Equipment is clean and staff is beyond friendly. Members are polite, mind their own, clean up after themselves, and are helpful.

Good place for the casual workout. Dont look for a 45 bar cause they dont have any.... only smith machines. It can get busy so go before 9am or after 9pm for less people. Watch out in the afternoon / evenibg for all the hishschool kids hangibg out taking selfies.

I almost lost hope in using planet fitness as my gym. After to many frustrating situations happening, not particularly with just this club but also with others. I called today to explain my situation and that I was upset. Thanks to Frankie he fixed everything! He was so extremely helpful and very professional. Planet Fitness needs more employees like him! He is awesome!

Great place to get your workout with an ample array of machines to choose from. The gym is kept tidy and clean by the great staff. Would recommend to someone who's just starting all the way up to the experienced.

My go to gym, amazing as always, clean and organised. Mornings are always a preferable time if you plan to do anything apart from legs. Kudos to the staff at PF at Battleground for being super friendly and welcoming :)

Today I had a terrible experience, the young Caucasian young lady treated me very rude and I feel like I was being judged and a bit of sarcasm came from because I ask her a question about my account.Now I don't deserve this kind of treatment from anyone, so then Im explaining what happened to management since he asked the Caucasusion lady if there was an issue. So I said yes as I'm explaining to him he blatantly is taking her side and he wasn't even standing there I feel disrespected by him and I need the owner information ASAP because this is inexcusable to treat persona indifferent I don't feel he really cared about the concern.....I need the owner to reach out to me today if not tomorrow I'm completely disappointed.

1 stop gym. Pleasant staff, good machines, free weights and dumbbells, and lots of them. No pressure if you're not a beefcake. If only guests wouldn't be charged $10 a day (same as a monthly subscription!). That's why I took off 1 star.
