I am new to the club, and I must say it is amazing.Great equipment, great environment, and great staff.I was a upset that the calf extension machine was inoperable; however, Mia and Taylour saved the day.Taylour politely explained that the machine will be repaired soon.Mia even offered several different exercises to strengthen my calves, and invited me to grab her to show me the exercises!I was absolutely elated at this solution.Thank you team for being great!

Two separate employees harassed me today while I tried to work out both of them came up to me while I had headphones on, and talked for the longest time before they finally walked off, the first one took the cleaning solution that I was using to clean a bench the second one took a cleaning solution that myself and the man next to me were sharing to clean two bencheshe asked me why were they harassing us?I said I don't know what their deal is.I do know I will not be back to this planet fitness. I do know that the manager needs to hire people who understand customer service who understand personal space who understand taking turns understand not harassing the people that pay their salaries

I use my black card membership throughout the nation. This has to be one of the cleanest,and nicest facilities I ever been to staff was very nice as well and I can’t wait to visit again!
