***Google "locker thefts at Planet Fitness"*** I've been bringing my draw string bag (roughly the size of a piece of notebook paper) to the gym since June, no issues. Today I was told I couldn't have my bag in the workout area. I know there was at least one female in the gym with a large backpack in the workout area at the time. I said I'd be happy to put my bag in the locker room next time, when I have a lock. They insisted I put my bag in a locker immediately and they it would be fine because the lockers are "monitored by cameras." I said, "No, that will not do. I'll bring a lock next time." Then another worker approached me and we had the same conversation. Again, Google "locker theft at Planet Fitness." Cameras do not stop people from stealing. The workers were like robots incapable of negotiation or discussion. They are looking out for their jobs, I get it. I worked at a gym for 4 years, I get it. There's was a better way to handle the situation.

The African American associates don't greet me when I sign in. Even though I see them greet white, Hispanic and African American females.

I called to find out What their schedule was and how Large a crowd They could accommodate. Going back very soon. after the pandemic had slow down thing get better. the staff are really friendly and do their job.
