I'm leaving another review from my last one because sadly it has gone WAY down. So I have the $10 a month and it DOES have hidden fees and I have proof and videos of when I signed up of the girl telling me it does not have hidden fees and on their website it says no hidden fees. They keep charging you even if you don't go. They charge you an extra 30 some dollar for their equipment that they call a annual fee but in reality it is for their equipment. I wouldn't mind because I use the equipment but I feel like I have been lied to and I truly liked the gym. I called to get it taken care of and you know what the Hampton location told me? Basically it's not their fault THEIR worker messaged up and THEIR website is a lie.

I appreciate the assistance of Michelle today at the Hampton Planet Fitness. She turned what was going to be a negative experience to a positive one. I’m signed up as a Black card member so that I can bring my teenage son with me to the gym. The new way to bring a guest is through sending a guest invite to their phone. I tried to explain to the previous representative that he currently doesn’t have his phone and also doesn’t have a smart phone for me to send him an invite. Instead of trying to provide a solution to the scenario, the representative only defensively responded that it’s the only way. Trying to find a solution myself. I asked if he could just be signed up for the teen summer pass since he is only 15. Her only response was that I need to go sign up online even though the sign on the window stated you can sign up for the pass online or in club. The representative showed no desire to assist or provide solutions. I went to the side to try to sign my son up on my phone. Michelle was then at the counter and I approached her for assistance. She quickly sought to provide help. She pulled up an iPad with the sign up screen ready. I was able to complete the sign up on the iPad instead of my phone. I was able to speak with her again in regards to how I can bring my son as a guest once the summer pass is over August 31st. She explained how he can be signed up as a guest under my account and in the future just bring his student ID. She went the extra mile and even told me to have her assist having him signed up before I left the gym. She got him into the system as a guest. I truly appreciate her willingness to help rather than making things difficult to have my son workout with me like the other representative. Michelle truly knows how to provide excellent customer service.

Came to take my son to workout using the free teen summer program. I was told I could not be on the gym floor, not even to use the restroom. SMH, the email says teens need an adult escort so make it make sense! I was considering a membership but not anymore! I’ll take my money to the Y!

This isn’t one star for the gym, but for Planet Fitness. The gym is adequate and will get the job done, but PF as a company is not user friendly and only sees you as the money they have already gotten from you. You’re better off going to a more local gym.

Most pathetic PF in the country. Was ID'd at the door (as a black card member) because I am out of state. The Manager was gossiping about other customers with his employee about customers. And only 5 minutes on massage chair... no stretching mats or area to stretch. There were ladies stacked up beside the monkey bars due to zero floor space. This place is pathetic. I will not return.

This is a good gym. I like to attend early morning it’s very empty and you can get in a good workout. Beware if your an out of towner, you can only visit 10 times in month before they try and charge 5 to use the facility.

Customer service is lacking. My first time at this location. The guy at the first desk never stopped his conversation or elbows on the counter lean or say anything. I'm standing at the counter for 66 sec. How do I know? Because I counted while I stood there. After 67 sec I just walked away. Did I scan in?I dont know because the scanner never beeped. Oh well everywhere cant be friendly I guess.

It sure looks like a nice gym, but I can't be sure since I and many others have been standing out front in the cold for over half an hour while the location is supposedly openEdit: to respond to the response I recieved this was between 0400 and 0500. The time in which they would have reopened after cleaning

So great to get back in the gym. I'm working on working off that COVID weight! Friendly staff and even with the COVID rules like every other piece of equipment in use there's always something available.

I usually go to the one on West Norfolk Rd so this was my first time going here. The staff was really nice but the facility itself is just too small and congested considering where its located. No many stations were opened so we just left after 45mins.
