$10 a month + $30 a year for a gym membership, no commitments, no catch. I'm not a gym rat, I just like to do a 30 minute workout on my own once in a while to stay in shape. This is an easygoing, friendly place to get that done. Lots of machines and some pulleys, but you'll probably end up waiting if you want to do presses on a smith machine (no loose olympic barbells here). Equipment is new and everything is pretty clean, including the locker room. There are trainers and classes available and I think they're free. If you just want to lose a few pounds, then why spend more? If you want to put more muscles on your muscles, then you may want to head elsewhere.
