Just wanted to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, you have to show up in person, or send a letter in the mail. Saying what? The exact same thing I told you on the phone? Ridiculous, it's 2021, I'm not sending you a letter

I have been a member for over a year. I recently completed a site assessment for a school assignment and I called and asked for the managers name so I could put it in my paper as part of the site assessment and I was told they could not give me that information. I find it disappointing that I can not have the name of the manager.

I've been going here for almost six months several times a week, mostly in the afternoon. It does get rather busy in the early evenings but if you time your trips you can freely workout from station to station

Mildew smell in the mens restroom, maybe a dehumidifier or better cleaning. I’ve visited PF all over the country I’m a OTR truck driver and having 24hour fitness is important to me. The facility is decent outside of the mildew smell

I'm very happy I get to start going back. The place was really clean and the ppl are very nice.

I went to just look at the facilities before signing up. And they want a lot of info from you just to look at the place, such as birthday, full name, phone number and more. I thought this was a non issue because they kindly informed me I can go online and look at a virtual tour but that tour is generic and doesn't show you around this specific facility which is quite small.No fault on the staff, they were very polite, but I don't want to give out a bunch of data that planet fitness could potentially sell and contact information so they can market to me relentlessly if I decide actually not sign up.

This a great midrañge gym. It has an upstairs with stationary bikes and other leg workout machines. Always clean and you can't beat the price. This one is on W. Mercury in Hampton. Love the people that work there. They work had to Keep the place clean. Now, if you're a body builder or power lifter this is not your place. Not enough free weights. Not enough weight. Oh, I forgot! The massage chairs and the my hydromassage ARE AWESOME!

Just a heads up for anyone that's thinking about joining with the $22.99 plan:-90+% of the gyms require a 12 month long commitment with this plan.-Theres an annual fee you have to pay in May on top of the monthly fee.-You are required to enroll in autopay and you can't have it pull from a credit card. The payment can only be done through a bank account. Oh and if they pull from the account and it doesn't go through, they'll try 2 or 3 times to pull the amount before you end up having to pay the gym directly. So that's 2 or 3 times you'll have an NSF fee from your bank and plus the amount you owe to your gym.-When I spoke to the staff about my concerns they didn't care.It's the only thing that stopped me from joining

One of the nicest PF locations I've been to. Very clean, equipment in good condition, and music was loud enough to hear. I also liked how the lights were dimmed in the massage chair room.

Smaller than my home gym. Had most of same equipment. Could not bring a guest without registering them through their app. Cost me 20 min to download app, register. Then app did not recognize me so they had to call my home gym to verify. Finally registered through app. Now had issues inviting my guest. Wasted 20 min I could have been working out.
