UPDATE: recently I have been joining the classes mostly Body Pump and having fun with it, it's very intense.OLD Review: I move yesterday from Walnut Creek to Hayward and today was the first day i go to the gym in Hayward it was really bad :/ i didn't like it no towel service and you have to bring lock to use a locker !!! it's small.it's very close to my home but i think i will search for another 24 gym even if it's far from here.

Small. Not much here. Jackson St gym is better in every way. I only go here if the other gym close late at night.

The staff are friendly. Bathrooms n showers hmmm....hire ppl to actually clean the bathrooms n showers! I wear shower shoes and still end up with Athletes feet!.....annoying to pay just too get athletes feet. Other then that place is koo.....NOT a SUPER SPORT. Just a sport or active! Bc I only have sport and come here all the time!

If you can wake up 4-5am, this gym is a workout zen. You will pretty much have every equipment to yourself, plus peace & quiet. This gym feels huge if you're an early bird. All gyms are haven for bacteria, but this is why you workout to build up your strength & immunity. Mind Over Matter. Make it Work.

I called to refer a friend at night and was told I could only do that in the day. I didn't want them to call my friend or meet with my friend, I just wanted them to take his name and number to handle later during business hours. He refused to simply take the name. Also be careful at night ladies. I remember being flashed by an old man in the pool area as a kid here, also some guy propositioned sex acts in the steam room. Machines always broken and it's dirty. I've witnessed dead skin floating in the hot tub. No padlock, no locker options.
