Probably the rudest employees you will meet. Absolutely unhelpful and almost robotic in how they answer you. Extremely disappointed with the workers there made the gym inaccessible to me ever again.

Trash. All equipments are worned out. Dumbbells are always misplaced; it takes a couple mins to find the correct sets of dumbbells. Dirty, sweats, disgusting

Go get your workout done! This place has a lot of machines and good people... I recommend having a trainer to get you acquainted with the equipment and doing the proper form even if it's for a month... I liked it so much that I've kept it up and you learn more as you go.

I joined 24 hr fitness online after having been to other branches. When I arrived for my first time I was a little disappointed. This is by far the dirtiest branch, with heavily worn equipment. Management really needs to invest in new barbell plates, and check to make sure each machine works well and isn't overly worn.The gym is well equipped so that members can do almost any workout. Occasionally members bring their own speaker and make other people listen to their music. Staff does nothing about this.If management is reading this, I would like to start a dialog on what can be done to freshen up the gym and bring it more in line with the Whipple branch.

I ll give 3 stars cuz My recommendation for this place is to put an air purifier. The reason is because this place has very poor air quality. It smells a lot of Dioxide, sweat and dirt Everything is very good but the air is a bit unpleasant a good deep cleaning 2 or 3 times a week I hope this help Have a good day ,🙃 …

Hayward 24 Hour Fitness is a good smaller sized 24 Hour. I use the pool and it's always clean. Nice diverse mix of people with seemingly no gym attitude, at least when I'm there. The bathrooms and showers could be a bit shinier but it does get a lot of use. Employees have always been helpful and friendly.
