Very nice employees, when the manager shows up to open that is. Randomly not open like today. Just closed, no sign or anything. This happens a lot. Also since I’m at it, the truth is this place has more broken treadmills than working ones, the just never get repaired, dirty bathrooms, management clearly neglects this branch. If you go across the bridge to San Mateo, you see a totally different thing. They should be sued for treating Hayward people like dirt.UPDATE: (5/12/23) Once again, 6:45am nobody is here. Maybe tomorrow.

Matt Ananos was very helpful today ..I been having problems with my log in and was ready to give up ..came in to the gym I told him my issues I was having ..he said let me try to help . He did not give up until he had me up and running..thank you so.much for the help

Always loved 24hr fitness, unlimited classes, even scheduled for when I return from work. Haven't been to this club since well before covid. Trying to lose those covid 30 lbs by dancing still a long way to go.

Have no idea who made Matt the General Manager. One of the most disrespectful “men” I’ve ever encountered. All the other locations are wonderful.Your response is robotic, not genuine nor does it display actual concern. How would you know what my experience was without contacting me about it first. Nothing about the Hayward- Amador location meets the expected requirements. The reviews reflect that.
