I can't say good enough about Fitness One! The classes are incredible! Everyone associated with the gym has been encouraging and helpful. I started in November and have already lost 26 lbs. My body fat wasn't too bad and my BMI was high but in no time I'm right in line! The members lead by example. They are great motivation for me. I recently ran my first foot race EVER and it was a Spartan Sprint Race at the White Water Center. I finished in the the top 15% in my age class as well as the overall. Thanks Kevin, Allen, Olinda, Josh, Blake, Shaun, and Jenn for showing me the way!

I have only been a member of this gym for about a week and I can already tell you how much I LOVE IT!!! Not only are the classes amazing, but Allen met me one time and has remembered my name and says hi to me each and every time he sees me. The people that take the classes are encouraging and help each other along. It is by far the BEST gym I have ever had a part of.

Allen Branch, as well as his very skilled and dedicated staff, take fitness training to a new and very personal level. The beauty of their system is that there is a place for everyone. No matter your age, no matter your ability, if you are serious about improving your overall physical condition, this is the place. My 21 year old daughter looks forward to working out every time she returns home. According to Sarah, "Fitness One IS the best".For me, Allen tailors a fitness plan that not only addresses my overall health, but also prepares me for specific outdoor sports. Whether rock climbing, kayaking, or extended treks, Allen has me ready for the challenge ahead. Never did I imagine that at 55, I would be able to perform these activities without hesitation. Best of all, after more than seven years of training, it NEVER gets boring. No workout is the same and there is always... always... something new. And his programs don't stop there. Self-defense, weight control, and nutritional health are all a part of my training. Yeah; there is just no way I can explain how much of a positive impact Allen, his gym, and his staff have had on me and my family's well-being. A HUGE THANKS just doesn't seem enough.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I used to think I was in pretty good shape because I could workout on the treadmill or elipitical machine for 45 minutes to an hour. Boy was I wrong! Fitness One classes are great. They have really helped my strength and endurance. I feel like I can do a lot more now then when I first started. And the best part is, you don't get bored! Unlike the treadmill (road to no where), Fitness One classes keep you moving and keep your body guessing so you don't have time to get bored. Check them out today :-)

After working out regularly for years, i started a 21 day boot camp at fitness one and joined as soon as it was over. i have been a member for about 2 years now, and i have never seen better results and still love it as much as the first day. all of the trainers are wonderful and seem to really enjoy what they do. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym, one that will help you obtain the results you are looking for....and help you keep them!!

Fitness One is my second home. I look forward to working out with the friends I've made in class and the trainers everyday, to the point where I hate to miss a day! We work together as a team to achieve our personal goals and support one another. Of all the gyms I've belonged to, I've never had a tougher workout. Not only am I being physically and mentally challenged every day to be my personal best, but I don't have any of the injuries or strains associated with crossfit style workouts or treadmills. If you need some motivation to change your lifestyle and become more healthy- you'll definitely find it here with people who take the time to get to know you and your goals and help you stay on track.

If you’re serious about getting and STAYING fit, then Fitness One is the place for you! Out of all the places in the Triad, nowhere else can I find the variety of workouts, the intensity of the routines, and the physical results in muscle tone. People of all ages and sizes feel right at home in this environment, which is both encouraging and supportive. Because of the motivation provided by the instructors, I push myself to higher levels than I would if I were doing the exercises alone. I have never had results like I’ve gotten from Fitness One. Who knew that staying fit could be this rewarding?!? There is a class for every type of workout you could ask for. Stop by and check it out. You’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic place! I love working out there. The trainers are all great, the work-outs are energizing and I'm always pumped when I leave! I used to work out at home in front of the tv barely getting in 3 days a week. Since joining Fitness One I'm healthier, stronger and more fit than I've ever been! I get in 5 days a week now! Thanks Allen and Fitness One!!

I have been going to Fitness One since they opened in 2009. I go 4-5 times a week for either a 45 or 60 minute class. Fitness One offers a great combination of strength and cardio training. The workouts are different every day, in 3 years I have not had the same workout twice. The trainers are friendly and very helpful in providing modifications to exercises to make it easier or more challenging based on your level of fitness. I am in the best shape of my life, I have shed pounds, gained muscle, and have attained overall better fitness. I am in the best shape of my life as a result of working out at Fitness One. Thanks Allen and team for all that you do and the time you take to put great workouts together for all of us!!

These guys are awesome! The classes and trainers at Fitness One are top notch. They know what they are doing and its not like any other gym I have been in before. I continue to lose weight and get into better shape than I have been in for a long time. They are always mixing it up so it doesnt get boring. I personally got to the early morning classes. Kevin is a great motivator and makes you push yourself to get better. I have been a member for about 3 years and don't see that changing. If you need to lose weight or get back into shape this is the program you need to be on!
