It's a very nice gym but the employees have a low temper and gets frustrated at people and what we do I kinda thought it was a judgement free zone maybe from member to member but not from the employees though

Very clean facility with friendly staff. For the most part they have all the equipment you need to work every body part with lots of cardio equipment also.

When COVID-19 over, please stay open 24 hours or at least extended hours. The other planet fitness locations stay open 24 hours or very late. Friday, but Saturday and Sunday early closings are very inconvenient. I work out at night and can't make it to the gym on the weekends because of the early closing. Thank you.

I haven't been in months to S. Main loc. In high point. On my second visit back I inquired about the mask policy as to why some people could wear and others couldn't. I was told by a manager "if you dont like it, you can cancel your membership ". I responded with maam,I'm just trying to understand your policy. I'm not trying to cause a problem, why is this even an option for a paying member. I was yelled at, disrespected, and offered a cancellation all for asking about masks. Never ever again!

I pay for three different cards and one of them are black cards for my wife. And I was told I can't lay in tanning bed. I will be revoking all my memberships. Most the time they are good about it especially when I come in with her like today but no. I pay way to much to not be able to tan periodic.

I have been coming to this planet fitness since the day it opened even when I owned a gym. Today was the day they decided to tell me that I can’t bring a jump rope into the gym. It’s amazing to me that rules say no jeans, no cut off shirts or I believe sleeveless shirts but I never see them saying anything to them about it. It’s like they pick and chose about what they want to complain about. Very frustrating.

I joined after many years of not working out and was completely surprised at this PF. I used to be a member at the old PF on N. Main and this one is just so beautifully kept & the people are so eager to always help you or answer questions. They are always there to say hello and see you next time!! I would say smiling but unfortunately right now due to mask you can’t see their beautiful faces. If you are looking for a gym and scared woman of embarrassment this is the place for you!! I promise 🙌🏽

Five stars are not enough. To begin the customer service is some of the best around. It's almost as if no matter whose behind the counter you are treated as if you're wanted here.The facilities are top of the line also when compared with other PF's. I've visited several around the state and this one has the total package. Whatever your fitness needs, you can make strides towards achievement here.Lastly of the cleanliness of the facility must be mentioned. Many of patrons are diligent about wiping down the equipment after use but still the staff periodically does it. It's another tick on how this location is a step above the rest.

Great staff. Great facility and equipment. Extremely clean. It was very easy to work with Personal Trainer Dylan to set up a personal workout specifically designed to reach my personal goals. Glad I made the South Main location my home gym.

Facilities are always clean and tidy! Staff is very friendly and the Manager works overboard to please you! Although PF could have some better choices for some weights the machines are always clean and working well.
