24 Hour Fitness

Dusty, dark, and dreary. All the weights are in the wrong locations. Bathroom area smells like 3 day old piss. I've worked out here roughly 10-15 times and have not been greeted once. They have enough equipment to get a reasonable workout, but even that feels a little dirty. The only value this gym has is it's proximity and roughly maintained equipment. Extremely poorly run.

restroom and locker room always dirty and smell. Other than that it's a nice gym and very big. It usually gets full on the weekends but great gym to work out. Beats planet fitness for sure !ONLY reason why I have an extra start is because they have a security guard in the parking lot! Thank you for that

Been a member for some years now. I like how it’sOpen late and everyone that works there are very friendly. It would be nice if the owner would invest in new equipment. All equipment at 24 hour fitness are very old. There’s a lot of members you would think that money would be used for a great investment and cleaner restrooms. Fitness connecting down the street invested on new machines and equipment and there fees are a lot lower.

The staff here can be pretty rude, as if they just can’t be bothered with any questions. The gym itself has a lot of equipment and is very big. One of the better 24 hour locations.

Went here to check it out as a guest and the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I asked to check out the pool since that’s a big deal for me with gyms and they wouldn’t let me without any explanation other then the fact that guests aren’t allowed but this was NOT in the information for the guest pass that I received, anywhere. So now I’m second guessing if this was the reason or I was just being singled out I’m new to this area and was extremely interested in checking out a gym. Would strongly suggest LA fitness over this place, it’s honestly way cleaner anyway.

Most disgusting gym I ever been to in my life. I walked into and immediately out of the locker room after seeing and smelling what I did. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way than to ever go back to this gym.

I've been 8 years with this Membership. This is the 1st time I asked for a free pass for a friend who was visiting Houston and I wanted to show her that this is the gym I've been attending all these years so maybe she can join it after moving to this city. The pass is a 3 day pass but we didn't know it has to be used 3 days straight. Today, Mond 09/10 @ 8:30pm The front desk guy (a big black guy) who was next to an asian front desk told me that I have to pay $20 for my friend to use the service (ridiculous just for one hour of use) plus it's not nice at all after 8 yrs . We just left the gym. It is very dissapointing how this people don't know nothing about customer service and by being so strict to the rule of the 3 days straight loose the opportunity of a potential customer to join your gym. Now we came to a closer gym LA fitness and the service was great!!!!!

If I can give zero I would do it. I applied the 3 days pass last night. And went to there today morning. But the guy who stand in front desk didn't let me get in even I showed the I'd and the 3 days pass email. The reason is I had member at 2015. I tried to let them know that's not right. 24 hour fitness police tell user must not have been a guest or member of 24 fitness within the past 6 months. I had member that was 3 years ago. But they didn't listen to me at all and kicked me out of the store. They are so rude to me. I wouldn't go back anymore

This gym is big, with tons of machines and equipment. However, recently my money was stolen while I was on the basketball court. I filed a report and the management team was noncompliant to my case. They don't seem to really care about their members at this gym. The males locker room is absolutely disgusting too... Be wary if you do go to this gym.

Well I think this place could improve by keeping the locker rooms (toilets and showers) cleaner. The People that goes to this gym aren't very clean and the bathroom and showers are always smelling like pee all the time.One other thing I dislike about it. It is the taest of the water from the water fountain.Besides that it is just like any other gym people don't like to put the weights back in place or love to huge the machine and never move on.
