Very rude at the front desk! Jo Jo was extremely rude when I walked in like I have for the last two months(zero problems) and accused me of coming in without updating my card info and talking down to me as if I was her employee. I had no intention of not updating my card I just didn't know. The card is an easy fix but I do not appreciate being talked to like that in front of everyone and seriously considering ending my membership.

I will start with three stars and maybe over time raise the score. 3.5 Is probably closer. But not a 4 quite yet.I’ve been visiting this locating for a decade or longer. Finally under management that seems to actually manage. I’ve seen more housekeeping done in the past couple of weeks than i’ve seen total in the past few years. Seriously. I’ve reported a quarter inch of dust and grime on bath stalls in past years. And until recently the men’s toilet area smelled like urine.I’ve seen some new equipment and changes to workout areas to accommodate member needs. Second floor still needs more dumbbells 45 and under. Especially if the increase in membership continues. That and staff needs to walk the floors. Some members gather up 3-4 sets of dumbbells so they don’t risk not having them. And some members set up shop at a station spending far more time texting than working out. There needs to be a bottle filling station on the second floor. I heard from an employee that only one bottle filling station was allowed per location, which is ridiculous for a four floor facility. There also need to be mats in the shower/change areas. 24 is lucky no one has slipped and fallen on the constantly wet tile floors. There are many seniors that workout at this location. And some with accessibility needs including artificial limbs. Slick floors are an unsafe - and dirty. Members walk through the water in street shoes. Turning puddles to mud.Overall a good facility. Decent equipment. And good hours. The new staff seems more professional. I hope things continue to improve.

I started going to this gym last August because I moved into this area. I previously had been going to the gym off voss and the one off Richmond and 610. I was excited about coming to this gym because 24 hour Voss and Richmond (610) had turned into messy nasty dirty gyms. You could tell management didn’t care no matter how many times you reported an issue. Well come to find out this gym is no different! It was ok at first when they had Dedric working the overnight shift and he help take care of many issues aliens line dumbells everywhere no hand sanitizer spray or paper towels but when they moved this shift it really started getting bad. It already wasn’t great but it was better than the other two. That’s not the case anymore. You might even find a hired person sleeping around the gym. I have seen one like three times now. I’ve been a member for years now (over a decade) and that might change as soon as my contract expires. 24 hours not with it!I shouldn’t have to come in and hunt for dumbbells. This is not my job. I come here to workout not to do Re-racking. I pay to be here, I don’t get pay to be here.

This gym is alright. It has much room for improvement but im thankful it’s here and truly 24 hours because there’s no use in going between 5 and 10p on weekdays. It’s crowded. Like a popular pup crowded 🥴 There is only 1 leg press 🙄 …

I would never recommend this gym to anyone. they don't turn on the air conditioner every time, especially on the weekends. How funny isn't it? If you think of cleaning, they come to mind when garbage is carried. My advice to you is to go and join another sports club. sure the worst place is better than here

I actually really like this gym, but since the Montrose location closed OMG talk about gym rat central ): from 3pm-11pm no and I mean NO equipment is available besides maybe one treadmill lol. But they seem to be doing something with the downstairs room it used to be a bike room that no one used now it’s a random free weight room I guess to help a little with the over crowding.Anyways!!!GUYS please add a hip thrust machine and a hack squat machine!!! The Montrose location had some if you guys need to borrow from there since it’s closed now thanks a ton ❤️

None of these locations are really bad!! As a member of 8 years I have see members tear up equipment and beat down the soap dispensers like they are in a rage!! The men are worse then the female members!! Slamming down weights! Leaving their trash and clothing in the work out area and locker rooms!! Why on earth would you leave your soiled underwear in the showers and locker rooms!! You’re nasty an you were raised in the woods! These employees are their to keep the gym up not become your personal housekeepers!! It cost money to replace equipment when you decide to it tear it down!! Some members also urinate in the elevators! Especially the one at 5070 Richmond Avenue!!They aren’t paying the enough money to deal with unsanitary conditions especially after covid!!! But let’s blame the employees because I am too sorry to work on my home training!!!

I wish I could give it better stars but 24hour has done downhill with their quality and cleanliness. Now that they've closed down the midtown location, the Rice Village location is always packed. It's not worth what I was paying for. You're getting better value at Planet Fitness and paying $10/mth. Think twice before signing up with 24hour Fitness.
