I’ve been here on and off for 5 years. It saves me time to go here instead of sitting in traffic.Equipment is always out of order. Most treadmills don’t work. Lock the cycling room and leave 2 broken ones out for you to use. Very dirty and sticky.Lie about what you will be charged, lie about what specials are being offered. Not tell you about the yearly charges, call you during hurricane Harvey (while the gym isn’t even open) to ask about updating your payment.Parking is horrific.

I found someone opening my bag in the lockers room and when I talked to the people in he front desk, nobody tried to do anything about it. They just said it was my fault for not bringing a lock. I understand I have to bring it but it doesn’t give the right to anyone to go though other people stuff. They didn’t show any kind of empathy or willing to help in anyway.I’m canceling my membership immediately

Very rude staff, especially the managers, that are completely unwilling to accept the free passes that are valid at any 24 hour fitness. The managers actually argued with my friends and I who have been members of 24 Hour Fitness for years. I canceled my membership because of this terrible management. Do not go here unless you want to get screwed over at any chance that the staff can get.

I drove down from Austin Texas at 4 am after finding out there was a power outage where I live. I thought that I may be able to use the shower there. The staff is all about money. When I spoke to the manager he was rude. He asked me to go out to the car which I did and showed him my drivers license. After more grilling he asked for $20 for a shower. I told him forget it and went to the Houston club at the Met, where I belong. I was just trying to save time.I never give reviews but avoid this 24 hour gym and the manager. They could care less about you only your money.

The staff at this gym lies to you on what agreements are being made. They do not explain things thoroughly and when time comes to cancel membership, you're hit with commitments you weren't made aware of initially at sign up. GM was rude and had a short tone when speaking with him and was completely unhelpful. While this gym looks nice, I do not recommend this 24 hour gym membership with the staff here.

I love this gym, no one ever bothers me. The only thing that could be improved on, is the cleanliness. More so in locker room area. Its pretty gross, the urinal in the men's locker room had a rolled up tissue in it for about a week and half before it was "cleaned out." The people here are not as bad, as I've read in others reviews. I mean its a gym, you go in and do your own thing. They at least smile at you, all I really want is a nice warm smile. Thanks guys!

This is the first 24 hour I have been to with a salt water pool. Absolutely awesome. I wish every location would follow suite. The pool and sauna are on the base floor while the equipment and cardio rooms are up stairs. Nice gym, specially for a 24 hour.

Nice that they have a pool to overwinter us, but attention to hygiene is seriously lacking. Below the surface it us clean, bleach is doing its job, but above....yuck! You can see for yourself. This is the third time I brought it to nanagements attention. Plus the women's showers are always full of hairballs - looks like no one is cleaning. I am out and so should you.

Decent gym. My main reason for choosing 24hr fitness is because they are all over the city. So no matter where you move to, there should be a 24hr near by and in Houston with all the traffic, that's as good as gold. The gym is nice I do wish it was a little bigger, especially considering the area I would assume a bigger gym would be economical. It's impossible to get a decent workout during peak hours. I understand every gym will be packed during peak hours but this one is just too small for the demand

Been going to this location for two years plus.Gym itself is clean, but washrooms are big hygiene issue!Good selection of machines, free weights, and classes. The Personal Trainers are good.Need to improve how they monitor and fix equipment. This is a high usage gym thus maintenance must keep up, running machines, rowing machines, and some pieces of equipment. Have had to point out to staff regularly broken machines.Having said that have seen a definite improvement in 2017 over 2016.Suggest adding gym competition workouts by age, and gender with bench marks set by PT's. Thanks. Yes I would recommend thus gym.
