Life Time

Life Time Fitness is a great place. I've been a member, who actively goes to this Castle Creek PKWY location for over 10 years now with my family. Since Covid-19, Life Time has been closed, but I am eagerly awaiting its reopening. I'm sure the staff will be actively wiping down equipment and locker room spaces routinely. The only thing missing are TENNIS COURTS ... I would definitely recommend this place especially for parents with small children ... my son luv'd the Children's Play area when he was little. TENNIS COURTS would be a dream!

Place has gone down hill over the last 10 years. Showers have green mold, older equipment, etc. It is not a horrible gym and I will still attend regularly. However, I have attended more than 15 other gyms across the US in the last year or so because of work and this is one of the more ran down.

Weve joined & love it. Bryan is our account manager & did a great job explaining everything & getting us plugged in. We have a 5 month old and a 2 year old but after having them at the kids academy (I was nervous) I am confident in leaving them there. Training with Coty is great! We love the facility & staff.

I've joined lifetime a few weeks ago, and their service has been amazing! My account manager, Brian Finney has been so patient with me and my mother regarding our enrollment. He was super friendly and reliable and he made our first visit very pleasant. Overall I'm so glad I joined this gym, it's definitely a good investment for anybody being consious of their health!

Spacious. Love the cafe. And the view of the basketball court from the second floor is wonderful! Had the best experience at the salon. The girl who did my eyelashes was very smart and welcoming and knew her stuff!Did have some trouble with the treadmills not working, however.Overall, good vibes.

Love this gym. It's always clean, tidy and stocked. The staff is always friendly and curtious. I love the pools, the hot tub's, and steam room. Not to mention their awesome kid club program and parent nights out. Its a wonderful gym for a mom!

After previously joining this gym from 2015-2016 and trying several other gyms in the area, I felt it time to try Lifetime again because of the large selection of group fitness classes available and the convenient location. Not only did I rejoin - but I was able to convince a coworker to join with me so we could go right after work every day. Katelyn was our account manager who toured us through the gym and was so helpful! I have never seen her without a smile and you can tell she enjoys what she does!I opted to do an on-boarding session even though I had been a member before so I could get reintroduced to the gym with new goals. After a terrible experience, I was ready to take my business elsewhere as well as my friend. But thankfully Brian, another account manager, stopped me before I got out the door to ask about my experience and I was able to explain what had happened. He was very professional in handling the situation and went above and beyond to make sure both my friend and I were taken care of and given the chance to see how great Lifetime was. If it wasn't for the care shown by Brian & Katelyn, I would've left very discouraged.Now, three weeks later I couldn't be happier to be back at Lifetime and enjoying the many amenities! Everyone from the door greater to the employees folding the towels have been so great! The locker rooms are fresh & clean with a ton of space and there is ample parking.Not only have both Brian & Katelyn been such a help, but so has Raychel the pilates instructor. The three of them have been very welcoming and friendly and I couldn't be happier! I have a fitness plan that works for me and know that all of my personal health goals can be achieved at Lifetime!

In joining Lifetime Fitness at Castle Creek, I was made to feel at ease and at home by Mr Bryan Finney. He took his time to explain the membership of the fitness center and was definitely very knowledgeable, and informative. Thank you Bryan!!!

I left a critical review a while back, as if on cue, they fixed the floors, walls, renovated the entrance, renovated the jacuzzi, new equipment, redid parking lot, have not had the staffing problem again, there hadhad been a towel shortage, it's difficult to say if my review was at all related to the changes but no joke, the nect day they started fixing all the things I said were unacceptable. IvI' no longer seen used Band-Aids on the floors and benches, human hair, and bugs, they stepped up their game, and I get it's difficult to keep up withe 5-7pm rush of hundreds of gym goers at once.

I’ve been a member at this lifetime fitness for about 9 years. I would pay for a full year worth but only work out 3-6 months. So safe to say I pay my dues. I’m writing this because I am very upset in the child center. Last night I’m working out and I decided to check on my kids. When I noticed my 3 year old son with another boy was able to climb the outside of net; that protects kids from falling out 12 feet in the air. No one was paying any attention. So I walked to back and got him down. I mentioned I pay them to pay attention. Instead taking some constructive criticism. One of the employee apologize another employee told me she asked my son not to go down the slide and he did anyway so he’s a bad kid and bad listener.POINT IS WHY WOULD ANY KID LISTEN IF HALF THE TIME NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION. MY CHILD CAN OBVIOUSLY DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT; WHEN THEY WANT. THEN EMPLOYEES WANTS TO HOLD A CHILD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CREATING THE ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECT MY CHILD TO LISTEN.I also told someone to tell management they said they will call! I have yet to receive a call.
