Lap pool is clear, locker rooms are clean, hot tub is drained daily and rock wall is beginner friendly! Bryan Finney has been responsive and all around awesome as an account rep, always friendly and available with his door open!

Bryan Finney took the time to find out what my priorities are and long term health goals. After taking a tour and seeing that he cared about my gym experience I knew I was a the right place. I walked in because of all the resort like qualities like the cafe, spa, indoor/outdoor pools but really needed a gym with great free weights, lots of treadmills, and a great child care. I know that if I have any questions at all I can always go to Bryan. I would highly recommend Lifetime and advise you to talk directly with Bryan Finney to get you started in the right direction.

Lifetime fulfills every negative cliche about gyms memberships. Sign up fees, and processing fees to put an account on hold. Hidden fees that they fail to make the customer aware of. In particular there's a free 3 month magazine subscription (which I never received anyway, nor wanted) that is apparently part of signing up which then charges an extra $2 each month after the free months are over. When I asked about putting an account on hold, I was not told about the 30 day policy, so instead of being charged the $5 I expected for my first month on hold, I was charged an additional amount for the prorated month. Overall, extremely poor customer service.

5 STARS for the front desk! I believe her name was Crystal(I couldn't really see her name tag), either way she was the gem working the front 6/21 at about 11 a.m. I never, ever write reviews, but truly felt she needed to be recognized.I stopped in, as I am visiting from AZ, and wanted to inquire if there was anything additional I needed to do. She was super friendly. She explained extra amenities, and was just above and beyond. Definitely provided customer service, that is non existent these days! Kudos to you girlfriend!

Before I became a member, I spoke with Bryan Finney. He gave me a walk-through of the facility while making sure to spend more time at the areas of the gym that I was personally most interested in. He sounded a little sales-pitchy, but he is truly the nicest and most honest sales representative / account manager I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I was going to join the gym anyway, but my decision was all the more easier because he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed before I signed anything. I would definitely recommend speaking with him before joining Life Time Fitness.

This place is amazing. It’s considered a health resort. They have literally everything I could ever want in a gym. It does get busy during peak hours which is a problem at all gyms. However, they have the best equipment of any gym I’ve gone to in Indianapolis area. They have 2 basketball courts, tennis, racquetball, squash. A rock climbing wall a pool, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, a healthy cafe, a spa, great staff, amazing locker rooms.Literally I feel stupid for not having joined this gym sooner. I highly recommend.I hear they have amazing training programs that will change your life. I’m pretty advanced in my training and haven’t taken advantage of them but the facility and people are great.

I've been a member here for a few years, and I must say, I got a lot out of it. The instructors are energizing and professional. The events that they host over the summer are fun as well, and sometimes there's BBQ or something catered, along with swag bags, samples from vendors, etc. Overall, the higher cost for this gym is worth it.Despite not having children, I appreciate the childcare center, as there are no rascals running around the gym. They have their own play area. Also, the free wifi is strong, and in this day and age, you can never go wrong with free, strong wifi.I canceled my membership because I moved out of state, and the gyms that they do have in my state are not close to me. Otherwise, I would have continued my membership.

It's a really good gym really professional... one of the biggest reasons I became a member of this it is because of the 24 hours availability to go now they close at 12am not sure why, and I feel like I'm not the only one who doesn't like that

I loved the gym itself but it is way too crowded and no where to park half the time unless you go to other office buildings around there and park in their lots. I canceled my membership for that reason.

Most of the staff is a pleasure to deal with here; not all, which is too bad. You will pay more for this tremendous facility, but I believe it's worth it. The hours they are open make it very convenient to stay in shape.
