Been to this facility a few times and I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. Certain parts of the gym could stand to be cleaner like the bathrooms of the men’s locker room but the people are friendly and helpful and there are always plenty of machines to use.

They don't make you come in to start paying for your kid's membership, but they make you come it to cancel it. I won't be signing my son up for this rip off joint again next summer. I'll find a gym where I don't have to navigate the nightmare of traffic that is Castleton Square shopping center.

Overall this is a great gym. However, I'm a little disappointed that swim classes take up 2-3 out of the 5 lanes during one of the busiest times of the day - this seems foolish. Also, some of the staff is invasive while others can't be bothered.

I'm so happy I finally switched back over to LIfetime from LA fitness! I have been going to LA fitness since back in 2013 when I canceled from Lifetime. I have had a busy schedule with full time work and schooling that it's hard for me to make it to LA fitness when they close so early on fridays and other days when I'm off. This gym is super close and convenient, is open 24/7!! Is amazing spacious. The community is 100x better than the LA I was going to... there are so many cardio machines! It's amazing, when you get to choose from so many machines and you get a beautiful view of the pool area from the bikes and the lifting room. I don't know what time people are referring to when they say they have to wait o work on free weighs and super sets but I have not had one problem yet with waiting like I did at LA. There is always a machine or a press open to workout at, I tend to workout at night time. I love the sauna and the pool and can't wait to try their amazing smoothies and protein drinks again. I think their service is fantastic and it's pretty clean compared to some of the gyms I've been to.

At $50/month, this is a pretty good gym for all the amenities. I enjoy using the lap pool on top of the typical workout facilities, which are all well kept. BUT...I’ve been here for two years and within the past year it has gotten ridiculously overcrowded. It is never not busy. I’d rather just go to one of the smaller Life Times in the area that aren’t constantly full.

My husband and I were members and decided to cancel our membership as I got later into my pregnancy. We not only provided a letter notifying this location, but I presented the letter in person to the appropriate representative. They explained that we could put our membership on hold for $10/month in case we wanted to come back and that the membership would not automatically re-up without notice. We took advantage of this opportunity for a few months before realizing that we wouldn't be reactivating the membership because we no longer had time to visit the gym with a newborn. Once again, I emailed the appropriate representative to notify him that we didn't have an interest in reactivating the membership and that we also wanted to stop keeping our account on hold. When our account was charged a month later, I left a voicemail and didn't hear back. I called again several days later and the membership rep stated that I didn't follow the appropriate procedures. He transferred me to Member Relations where I was treated with the same attitude. We jumped through every hoop they put in front of us, with written proof nonetheless, yet they still went ahead and reactivated our membership. The club itself it beautiful, but the hoops required to cancel a membership have left us with a very poor impression overall.

By far the worst gym in Indy. If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff are unprofessional and fail to communicate effectively. My husband got into a serious car accident in July, so he called in to freeze his membership. He was told via phone that it would be taking care of. A month later we were charged full price for his membership because we did not come in to freeze the account however the staff never told us we had to. To remedy the miscommunication Lifetime offered to freeze his account and refund us in gym bucks that could be used for other amenities at the gym. A month later after finding out the seriousness of the injury and the amount of care he would need I went in to cancel my membership again the staff told me she’d take care of it. Fast forward 7 months later we were still getting charged they owe us over $400 in gym fees for a membership that should have been canceled 7 months. My husband and I went to go speak with the manager who basically said he had to stand by his staff even though they had miscommunicated information to us in the past, and there was nothing he could do. Save yourself the hassle! Go to this gym at your own risk. Always leave with something in writing as Lifetime is sneaky and will lie and deny. I would not recommend this gym it is over priced with equipment that is barely operative. The restrooms always smell horrible and most importantly they do not have honest staff. Save your coin and go to LA Fitness, PF, or Anytime Fitness.

This is one of the premier gyms in Indianapolis. It's almost overwhelming with all the features it offers. It is very family oriented and family friendly. The big pool outside with the giant slide stays very busy in the summer with all the little kids and family using it often. They are open 24 hours a day so you always have time to work out.The equipment is nice, newer top of the line type equipment to work out on. The locker rooms are very nice. They have basketball courts, racquetball, hot sauna, and all the equipment you need to work out either on a machine or with free weights. If you live in the area I highly recommend you check out this gym especially if you have kids.

I've been a member since 2012 and I honestly have never had a bad experience. The gym is never really crowded and they have well functioning, modern equipment.

Overall good place to go workout 🤷🏻♂️ Other aspects are subpar. Not hard to find dust/dirt on top of or around equipment. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they take the time to ask you what you enjoy or what they can improve on 💯other times they don't even greet you when scanning your membership card 🤦🏻♂️The cafe usually smells like garbage or burnt food 🤢
