ive seen some other members other then myself be extremely rude to the front desk staff and each time they diffuse the siuation keep up the good work your hard work doesnt go unnoticed

Enjoy working out here but a specific staff member is always rude and has a bad attitude. Her customer service needs serious improvement.

I checked into this location today 8/10/23 at 5:36pm. The gentleman behind the counter didn’t offer to greet me or my guest which I didn’t pay much attention to until later in evening. I approached a young lady at 6:42 to purchase a water and she looked at me and asked the gentleman to ring me up for the water instead. He was on another computer across from the cooler so I walked over to him as he didn’t move, or acknowledge me, and went back at his computer. I got to him and then he motioned for me to go back to where I was standing before. Annoyed at this point, I see the young lady assisting other guest with their beverage purchases. I kept my cool and continued my workout. As we exited the gym even later we saw the two associates talking to each other, they looked at us as we said goodnight but didn’t bother to respond. In fact they looked away as if we didn’t exist. Judging from other reviews poor customer service seems to be an ongoing trend at this particular location. As guest we deserve proper treatment from employees as they would expect from the guest. Management should perhaps investigate, and perhaps offer material on proper customer service.Over all the gym was clean which I appreciate. The poor customer service definitely ruined my experience at this location.

I originally gave this establishment 8/10. Mainly due to the over crowding. However, April the assistant manager called and gave me some valuable information. She even offered to make an appointment to assist with membership issues. She was great. After going through the hours of operations and using her advice, my experience with the gym was waaay better. This place is organized and has brand new equipment.

This was actually my first time visiting this location. Staff was pleasant. The facility was spacious and very clean! Will definitely be returning during the work week!

The Staff here are top notch, very kind and helpful, they really act like they care about me. Wi-Fi works well, there is plenty of equipment and all the members are good about wiping down the equipment after use.

I would like to report an issue that occurred on 07/09/2023 at PF Irving, TX 75063, around 5:30 PM. I was asking ABRIL to activate the hydro machine after a two-hour workout. I had my earpods in, so my voice may have been a little low when I said, "Hydro machine, please." I was not being rude to her; I was simply tired after my workout. However, Abril responded with rude comments and insulted me in front of everyone. She told me that I need to learn English, despite the fact that I hold a master's degree and work as a software engineer. This is not the first time this has happened with her. She even threatened to fight with me and asked me to cancel my membership. I find it unacceptable to deal with this kind of behavior every time I ask for something. It was extremely embarrassing and disappointing.

To let everyone know they close early at 7pm on Saturdays they set the fire alarm and they screaming WERE CLOSED.When I asked the lady so do y’all close at 7 every Saturday she we’ve been like this for a year but I guess no one pays attention. Seem rude the way they handled this.
