Spacious and clean. Hydro massage was amazing! Didn’t feel like people were on top of each other. There was space in all areas.

Actually it doesn't matter to me if front desk has friendly staff or not but we expect good equipment. I never seen cleaning stations all were working. Most of them are out of station.

If you’re planning to sign up here, try other 2 in the Irving area as well. They have big space full of cycles and trade mills but no cybex machine, only 1 of leg curls, shoulder press, leg press, ab cruncher basically any solo machine they have only one of each which you won’t find free even if it’s moderately busy. I’ve been planet fitness member for few years and my previous small town one had more machines than this one. Glad that I signed up for no commitment one that I can opt out anytime. If passing time while walking or cycling and/or minor workouts are your goal then give it a try, otherwise I don’t recommend it.

A wonderful facility. Super neat, clean, and equipment is in excellent condition! The staff greets me at 6:00am and I never leave without someone saying goodbye. Five star service, but 4 star style equipment. Planet Fitness does NOT have free standing olympic weights. Everything is safety Smith Machine which is safe but inconvenient for deadlifts, shoulder overhead press, and very awkward bench press.

Very very bad gym. They don’t even have proper bench press, squat, deadlift, or overhead press stations. Don’t go here. It’s a very bad gym with equipment that will only take you so far in your fitness journey. Go to CLUB 4 Fitness or 24 hour fitness instead.

Very irritating how you can’t fine the over night guy …. You are always having to go get him from outside he always hanging around a some guy and isn’t planet fitness drug free place so why are there members but not that employees smoking more than a cigarette and there are high schoolers that go to work out like definitely canceling both me and kids membership
