Onslow fitness has a nice variety of equipment that appeals to all. Everyone is friendly.. it’s a clean fitness center… and I LOVE the equipment and cardio options.The sauna, pool and steam room also make it even better.You honestly cannot go wrong with this gym. I’m so glad I joined.

Because of problems with my knees and joints, the water aerobics works incredible well for me! All the instructors are excellent and work on different muscle groups. There is something healing in the heated saltwater. I find by going to all the classes offered by the end of the week my whole body is getting the exercise it needs. I have been coming for over three years now, they have an excellent staff that has gone out of their way to accommodate me above and beyond their job! I love this gym! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Easily, one of the best gyms I've ever been to! Been coming here since January and havent had one complaint about it. Excellent staff members that make it worth going back. The equipment is new and always clean. The sauna is amazing. They're open 24hrs and for a great price a month. Definitely the best fitness center in Jacksonville hands down 🙌💪

I'm very impressed with Onslow Fitness♡ The staff there are extraudinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Bree, Adam, Ryan, and all the excellent training and floor staff. The trainers are exceptionally informative and are constantly building up your drive to excell and meet your goals♡ The floor staff are observant and come to the aide of those in need, explaining exercises and how they should be done to accomplish your goal to the areas you want to work on♡ They also direct you to machines and exercises, explaining how to do them and what areas of your body they are helping♡ They also have wonderful classed that you can join in on at all times♡ I know I will reach all my goals with this wonderful fitness program and plan to remain a member for life♡ Thank you Onslow Fitness♡

I have been a member for just a few weeks. Everyone has been so friendly and as an older, newbie to gym life I appreciate the mix of ages at this facility as well as the mix of classes for different abilities. Everything is clean and well cared for. The pool is amazing! I’m looking forward to reaching my fitness goals here.

By far the best gym in Jacksonville. Very well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly, making the environment very comfortable. I’ve managed to break all my PR’s here and make it to the 1000 pound club with support from their outstanding personal trainers. The child care staff is amazing!!! Would recommended this gym to everyone, whether you’re just trying to lose a couple of pounds or break you’re on records.

The Gym is very clean and the staff are friendly. If a machine is out of order it is quickly repaired. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The music is at a very reasonable tone and not overbearing. I love the privacy the studio area offers and the lighting is very complimentary. Overall very happy with the gym and all that it has to offer. They always have events to keep the community involved. They greet their customers with genuine smiles and hellos and always make me feel welcomed. The restrooms are very clean. They clearly take pride in what they do and it shows. Their equipment is nicely spaced out so that you are not feeling like you are working out on top of another person. The air feels fresh and not that moldy sticky feeling. I wish there were more gyms like this one around.

After finally being unable to continue to wear a mask in the fitness centers on base and with the colder temperatures I decided to join Onslow fitness again. I had been a member previously for similar reasons when Covid kicked off but ended my membership when I pcs’d to Bahrain.I loved it then and I love it now. Proof enough is that I am the cheapest individual on the planet and I don’t mind one bit paying the very reasonable monthly membership fee. Great fitness center that feels like a family. All kind of machines, weights, a pool, sauna and steam room. I couldn’t be happier. Will add photos soonest. If you are on the fence about a fitness center this is the place.

Nice facility, helpful staff. Very busy and not quite enough space for all the people that are there in the 5-7 am and 5-7 pm time frame. If you don’t mind a busy gym, then it’s a good place.
