In all honesty. There isn't a whole lot for your money. You're basically paying for a pool. I joined to have access to more equipment than Planet Fitness had but what I have found is you basically have to workout with someone else on top of you. They are limited in their racks (one standard rack, one smith machine, one bench) so you have very little space to maneuver. After a week and a half I called and asked to cancel my memebership citing the fact that my wife pretty much hated the facility and that it really wasn't what I was hoping for. I was told that they would not let me out of the membership and they would continue to charge me even though I wouldn't be using the facilities. So buyer beware there is no grace period of any kind.

Very flexible hours, 24/7 with your card access is a perfect feature for when you need to go in for your workout at all hours of the night. Especially in what I have experienced so far as a very safe and judgement free environment. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always have a positive attitude that keeps you motivated. All of this combined helps me to want to comeback each day, even if my body is sore from any of the workouts from my Personal Trainer or ones I am doing on my own. I know how much success I see for your future by all the excitement you share with all of us as patrons and wanting nothing but success for each of us as individuals. Thank you so much for keeping such a place as this going for all of us.

I like the variety of classes as well as the variety of exercise equipment. The staff is so nice, friendly, and always smiling. I am greeted every time I enter and leave. The staff often asks about how I enjoyed my workout and other brief conversations. It's great to come to a place where the staff Makes you feel welcome and make sure you've had the best workout experience possible.

Love this place! Friendly, informative and inviting staff and atmosphere. Great childcare staff. Such a large variety of services available! From classes, to personal training, functional fitness both indoors and out, 24 hour access, a pool, sauna, steam room...everything is covered.

I did the month trial for $89.99. I liked it okay enough to do another month before I moved. They said I would have to pay $99 for the new member fee and $78 for one month for a total of $177, not including tax or the enhancement fee. Uh yeah right. No way in hell in paying that.So I said no and walked out. The gym is too small, but the people are friendly though. Jason is a personal trainer there and he is a joke. You can tell he hates his job. Worst experience ever was working out with him. He should be fired.

wow!! this is the best fitness center in the Jacksonville area. it has the best staff, best equipment(very well maintained and updated. this is not your daddy's dumbbells and medicine ball!) and a pool with steam room and dry sauna. the range of programs is awesome. something for everyone, from max workout sessions to senior silver sneakers. if you cannot fit in here, get fit ,lose weight, build muscle, run ,bike ,spin then you need to be talking to the staff here so they can tailor a program for you and train in their recently added private personal one on one training room. like Nike says "JUST DO IT" right now. you will not be disappointed.

I started at onslow fitness 4 months ago and I can say it was one of the best choices I've ever made . The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the instructors are absolutely fantastic along with the daycare staff. Such a clean facility and safe , no doubt about it I give them 5 stars . I love going here. I switched here after leaving planet fitness since it was so packed there. It's so much easier to work out here. Plenty of space and a variety of equipment and classes. The steam room, pool and sauna are also a huge plus. The staff is awesome and very encouraging. Always easy to talk to. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Military friendly as well.

I absolutely enjoy this gym. It feels like home and you want to take care of it. The facility is always clean. They have a wonderful selection of weights, cardio and studio with live classes or you can do one on your own. Everyone here is friendly. This gym is a perfect fit for anyone.

This is by far the best gym I've been to. The atmosphere, the staff, everything is just so wonderful. Before going to this gym, I had no motivation of ever going back to a gym, since the first moment I stepped a foot in there, I felt so welcomed, so relaxed, so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody and everybody! Jamie and Nicole are awesome!
