Extremely polite, courteous helpful and friendly staff who treat you like family. Always look forward to going because of this. Current up to date equipment and very clean and sanitized. I’ve been going for over 12 years and they never disappoint.If you’re looking for a great place to maintain or increase your fitness, then look no further, you found your place!😃

This is by far one of the most dedicated and client friendly gym I’ve ever been to. The staff is very professional yet personable. I’ve been going there I little over a year now and they remember me by name and check in on me when they see me. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone looking for a great gym home and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to go one time after paying 70$ and took my two year old with me. They had the worst childcare I’ve ever seen so I never returned. This was in feb. I called shortly after and spoke directly to a manager to cancel my month to month membership without penalty. Only to be charged another 70$ before I canceled my debit card to avoid any further charges. I spoke to 3 more managers on 3 different occasions to confirm the membership was canceled all of which said it would be. They never mentioned that you have to have it in writing. So they have continued to charge my account since February and now say that they will cancel it if I give them another payment. Molly the manager originally said all I had to do was send her an email stating I wanted my membership canceled then she calls me back and says they can’t cancel it unless I pay another 70$. Claiming that’s helping me out. Don’t go to this gym. It’s not worth the money you pay and you can’t cancel without paying an arm and a leg and most importantly leave your kids at home if u want them to be with someone safe.

I absolutely love onslow! They’re so kind and welcoming. I feel so comfortable and confident. I love their Barre class with Bri! It’s very challenging, but she makes it so much fun. I look forward to it every week. Also a huge fan of water aerobics! I go to the classes with Jay and Stephanie and they really give you a good work out :)

Best experience in Jacksonville!!!!!!!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are excellent for any level in your fitness journey and Ms. Brenda's water aerobics classes are awesome. All around this has been a joy and I can't wait to keep pushing to my goals. Thank you so much .

Every time I walk through the door they greet me with enthusiasm and a smile. Gym environment is excellent, all the members pretty much clean up after themselves and the staff is on it if someone doesn’t. My personal training session with Bryan was excellent as well. Glad I chose to come here.

I LOVE this gym!! My husband and I are visiting the area (prior to moving here) and needed a place to workout near our Air BnB. This gym has EVERYTHING we need - a heavy bag, functional fitness area, a wide array of weights, an outdoor space, clean locker rooms and my favorite part, friendly, helpful, professional staff. Vanessa and the other gentleman working the front desk (I believe his name was Kyle) were complete professionals. They showed us around, answered all of our questions and were SUPER welcoming! We were on the fence about joining, but after spending a few minutes chatting with them, our minds were made up (we were considering checking out Golds and comparing the two facilities…but we didn’t even bother with any other gym after visiting Onslow)! We signed up this weekend and today was my first workout. I couldn’t be happier. I’m excited to try out the pool and take a few classes as well! Will definitely recommend this facility to other friends and family in the area.

I am fairly new to Onslow Fitness but I will say that I am loving it so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The gym and locker rooms are very clean. The class instructors are so great and personable. The gym is never overcrowded so it is easy to get on a machine you want. I think it is worth every penny!

This gym is the best gym I’ve ever been too! Walking in instantly has the best vibes! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the gym is super clean at all times, and the equipment selection is hands down amazing; I can do all my workouts with no problems!! Definitely been recommending this gym to all my friends and even convinced one to come join! I have been a member to every gym in Jacksonville and non can compare to this one!

I recently signed up with Onslow Fitness a couple of days ago and so far I love it. I love the fact that they are open 24/7 which makes it convenient for everyone who goes to that gym. I also love the fact they have an outdoor training area and a pool. I recently moved here to North Carolina from California and so far this is the best gym I’ve been at ever. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family there like they have known you for years. I started my workout there today and was amazed on the selection of machines they had and the machines I never seen before. I definitely would recommend coming here.
