I been going to this gym for 12 years now, and it's my second home, I know its pricey but, the same price you pay there, you can go to a bar order 2 Hamburgers and two beers and it's the same price that you pay for 30 days to join this club, they keep everything clean and everything it's up to date, no complaints at all, good gym to go.

I'm in the process of trying to get back in shape again and I really wanted a gym that can motivate me and have all the amenities that I needed. I figured Lifetime Fitness would be a great fit for me, but after I read all these horrible reviews (specifically sugarloaf location) I rather take my business somewhere else. Whoever is in charge of this location, pls know that the first thing people do these days before they spend their money is look at the their Reviews. Because of your reviews you just lost me and my advice to whomever is in charge to make changes soon before you lose anymore of your clients or possible new members.

I simply do not understand how this fitness center can be in business with an absolute horrible cancellation policy. Apparently you have to visit thier facility to cancel your account, otherwise they will continue to charge your account and if you don't settle that balance, they will send it to collections. In my case, I was not able to visit thier facility in person and now I have 3 months on monthly payments past due. Which will get sent to collections for me to deal with. They only find ways to open an account with you and also find ways to keep your account active so they can keep charging you monthly fees. What a horrible fitness company.Fitness is about piece of mind and being able to work out so you can stay healthy. not getting stuck with stress about fighting a cancellation battle. What a shame!!!!

This is completely frustrating. I work late and only time i can go to gym is after 10pm. The whole reason I paid a lot for 24/7 gym. Yall cut the hours to 12am 2 years ago, now this without even consulting the members. In addition, the price remains the same too. I am very disappointed and I might have to cancel lifetime soon to boycott the management’s decision. I will encourage my friends to move on from Lifetime too. Major let down.

I’m not one for a gym atmosphere but after Parking my bus here and using the restroom the front desk clerk Amy C. was always beyond so pleasant Given the best customer service and very knowledgeable about the things Lifetime had to offer, so convincing I just had to see for myself and Oh me oh my I could not have made a better investment for my family! We love this place so just wanted to give a big shout out to Mrs. Amy C. I’m so grateful that you did not give up on getting me to join! 5 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 💫 For you!

Yoga classes are hard to get into. AS A VERY NEW MEMBER- 2 weeks; I should have been told that “7:05” in a 7:00 class is too late and that I would be locked out! Very jarring. First class was a bust and I was not informed on the class policy. After dropping my daughter off at childcare at 6:55 and getting an employee to escort me to a HIDDEN YOGA ROOM at 7:05; I was locked out! I knocked but nothing! The employee even texted the instructor still nothing. After that I tried to just jump in an OUTDOOR Zumba class but was told I could not do that either. Left the gym with my head low and spirits down.- I feel as though I was just sold on purchasing the membership and after that was done I was thrown away! Unacceptable! May cancel my membership!

I lead spin classes here. If you want the best club, this is it. Best equipment and employees, spa, lunch bar, basket ball courts, rock climbing, a vast array of fitness classes, indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, showers, whirlpools and steam rooms. Free weights and weight machines of all kinds, an army of other aerobic workout machines. And it's clean and luxurious. Yup, costs more, but a great value for everything mentioned. Good parking lot security, but don't leave valuables in sight

Would be a zero if it existed. LA Fitness is way better. Don't even bother going. The bathrooms are very dirty, the pool hours are very minimal and I got a cold from the Jacuzzi. Staff said it didn't have enough chlorine and they closed it to add. Staff is extremely rude and when you try to cancel, you have to have a certified letter or go in person. Absolutely nothing over the phone can be done because they want to take advantage of your schedule and charge another month. We are leaving out of state tomorrow and my wife with the flu has to go 45 min to cancel. I explained this and was treated rudely by both employee and manager. Poor business ethics! Just go elsewhere. You're welcome.

My wife is a disabled military veteran & we were told the Family Locker Room would be accessible until closing. However, a rude female from housekeeping operations yelled at us to exit the family locker room at 9:30pm because it closes when family swim ends at 8pm. She began blocking the shower doors with trash cans. This is disgraceful to treat members this way & just plain lazy, inconsiderate, & discriminatory of Lifetime fitness to close the Family Locker Room as if minor children are the only ones that make up a family. Shame on you! You’ve already changed the hours so the gym closes early for cleaning (yet cleaning is still inconsistent), raised membership dues, now you’re limiting access/availability to Family Bathrooms & showers to reduce housekeeping’s workload. Shame on you! & stop false advertising.
